Planned Parenthood Federation Of America [PPFA]

I've been going to planned Parenthood for over a year now getting the Depo Vera shot every 3 months after having a procedure done at another location other than the one I get my scheduled shots from. I have inquired a debt on behalf of the procedure I had a year or 2 prior due to insurance not being able to cover the complete balance and so forth. I am aware of the debt I currently obtain and am in the process of figuring out how to get caught up with my balance. However, every single visit I go into planned Parenthood on at location 1685 E Main Street #301 El cajon CA 92021 to receive my FREE depo Vera birth control shot, I feel like I am tormented, harassed and victimized by the front desk staff of the facility due to my remaining balance from my pending procedure funds. Depo Vera is free and I have been informed of the debt I currently have which I have informed is in the process of being delt with on multiple occasions to the front desk staff. But unfortunately they continue to make me feel uncomfortable, degraded, antagonized and less than with every visit constantly urging for the debt funds but in ways that I feel are unprofessional and inappropriate. Thus almost making me dred going to my 3month scheduled appointment due to the mistreatment I feel is constantly inflicted by the staff of this location which is supposed to be a place a woman is meant to feel secure and cared for with personal information.
