Today, Monday, 7/24/2023, my husband drove through Del Taco as I told him there was a BOGO The Del Taco combo meal being offered. I logged into My Rewards and sent him the scan provided on the app and the person at the window said the code had to turn green. My code would not turn green and we did not get the deal as promised and ended up paying for both meals. Very upsetting as I'd planned for this all day and waited until my husband drove home to use the deal. I did not realize there would be problems. Please help.
