Best Fit Movers - Unprocessed refund due to pr-rated storage

We used BestFit Movers for moving and storage during the month of April, May, and June of 2023, due to a house sale. The items stored is bound for international shipment; however, we had to wait for the ship's availability in order for the container to be released. Anyways, while we wait, we acquired the services of BestFit movers not only to move the items out of the house but, to also temporarily store the items in their LOS facility. No issues thus far. A storage fee was charged on the credit card during part of April, the entire month of May, and the month of June. However, we were notified that a ship was available and a container will be issued for loading. Again no issues with BestFIT at this time and we had also hired BestFit Movers to load the items to the container. During the month of June, I called the accounting department to be refunded with the remaining unused balance of the storage fees. Since we were told that if we moved out we can be pro-rated for the days we only used the storage. Since I have paid the entire storage fee amount for June and we have completely moved out by the end of June 7th a refund for the remaining unused storage was required. The accounting department processed the request and was told it will take about 16 days to get the credit back on the card. I waited to call back to follow-up after about 20 days later to get status as I have not received the refund on my card. I had left messages and was told that the person I needed to talk to was on vacation and will be back the following week. I have called on 8/3/2023, and was able to discuss my situation with Ms. Juliana Alvarez. I was informed that the refund was processed and to check my card, which I did during the call and confirmed with her that a refund has not been received on either card I used for BestFit Movers. I was told she will need to check with her accounting folks and to call back again the next day for status. The following day, I checked my card and nothing and called for the status and left a message for Ms. Alvarez. ever since then, I have not been able to get in contact with Ms. Alvarez. I have left several phone message asking for the status and or a call back. Every time I left messages for Ms. Alvarez, someone else from another department will call me back asking if they can assist, however, once I explained the situation I get told, only Ms. Alvarez can assist and that she is in the facility that day and should call me back shortly. I never got a call back unfortunately. I feel like I am being ghosted by this person and when I ask for anyone else to assist me, I was told there is either no one else or refer me to someone else that is not in the office and would ended up leaving another voicemail.

Desired outcome: I would like to get my refund that is due to me. That is all I am asking. Not sure what the issue is with their accounting. However, as of 9/25/2023, My credit card(s) have not had any indication of a charge back or refund.
