It was a real pleasure to work with these guys as they are professional and very hard working
It was a real pleasure to work with these guys as they are professional and very hard working. They took their time and made sure everything is safely packed so nothing gets damaged. All my furniture was properly disassembled and put back as it was at our new location. Also, their prices are the best in San Diego. We really recommend them for a fast, cheap and safe move!
Last week we moved from one two-story house to another
Last week we moved from one two-story house to another. We have not moved for years and had accumulated a lot more stuff. I searched for a moving company for months but felt a little better after I found Best Fit Movers. We tried to be ready with packing, but there were still some items not packed when the movers arrived. The movers just took care of that with no issue. I had high expectations and they exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!
We had Best Fit Movers handle our move 2 days ago. *** and *** could not have done a better job. *** called me half an hour before he arrived to let me know he was on the way. Both guys worked hard and did a good job. I really appreciated the promptness, professional and the way they conduce the move. I recommend!
Nobody likes to move... its time consuming. Calling moving companies, comparing prices, choose the best one, packing, moving, unpacking. Luckily, we hired Best Fit Movers to help us, last week. They packed, moved and unpack all our belongings. Their team was great! Were fast, polite and hard working. Highly recommend. Cheers!
I had a smallish move within ***, and I choosed Best Fit Movers based on the reviews and their excellent website. I requested the quote thru website and in a few minutes one of their sales representatives called me. He was very patient with me and provide all the information that I requested. I couldn't have been happier with everything. In the day of the move a three guys crew came o time and were also polite, efficient, and nice. At the end of the the move, they assembled my bed frame together and put the mattresses on it! Everything was done!
Do not hire this company. When I spoke with *** the salesperson he told me the cost. Never mentioned the additional fee for the plastic wrap roll at $40.00. When I called to inquire I left three people there a voicemail to ask about this, ***, his supervisor and her supervisor. Nobody bothers to pick up the phone once they have booked the job. Nobody returned my call from the 3 voicemails. Now I'm struggling to get a copy of my CASH PAID INVOICE. Terrible.
We first called them to see if we can storage our stuff with them
We first called them to see if we can storage our stuff with them. We told them that after a month we will need to move to a new place, they told us they can do that also and we were so glad. The storage was clean, didn't smell funny like other locations and everything was kept safely. We call them a week before and told them our moving date...and they were at our place first thing in the morning. It was so simple and efficient. Highly recommend them!
Best Fit Movers were very professional and was very easy to contact and hire them . Even we contact them same week, they were available to us.They moved us super quick. They knew exactly what to do and were very careful with our items . We recommend them to anyone who needs a good moving company.
I paid them by cash but they also charged my credit card. I followed up my case several times with phone and email but no response. Then, I received a letter from collection company to be charged for $327+ collection fee for this case. I called and emailed the company several times with no response at all. The collection company sent me the contract with signature which wasn't mine even the date of signature was wrong. I had to pay it to not affect on my credit score but I will follow up this case with small court.

We've used Best Fit Movers twice - first for moving an upright piano and then for a full home move. On the full home move I had a few challenges because the new home was not available on the day of the move and the moving company was very flexible store our belongings for few days ! Both crews were professional and friendly. We recommend Best Fit Movers!

I hate that I even have to write this review but Best FIt Movers has been the worst experience for my family during Covid. The guys that helped were so nice but unfortunately, a mirror broke during the move. The company has been saying they will mail my $350 check now for over 3 weeks and fail to take my calls now. I had t his service done 4/3 and they charged me AGAIN as a reoccurring payment on 5/3. This amount was $1,385. Koan and Julianna, you should really care about your customers better.
These guys were amazing! So professional, well trained, well equipped, FAST! Professional attitude, neat appearance, on time, I could go on and on. I have already recommended them and will do so in the future. Thank you!
Best Fit Movers should not be a member of the ComplaintsBoard.com! This is the worst moving company I have ever used and one star is too much for this company! When I requested furniture wrap on the phone I was surprised to hear everything was an additional charge when the movers arrived. They were late and once I finally got them to go to work they moved very slowly taking one small item at a time to the truck. After a while I started moving many loads myself, it was a two hour move and they tried to turn it into a four hour move. The storage unit was less than two miles away and they proceeded to drive 8 to 10 miles an hour, I continually had to pull over and they saw where I was but decided to get on the freeway to kill more time! This is the worst company I have ever worked with and it is a shame that they are a member of the ComplaintsBoard.com. Is it all about money or dues that you will back them?
The moving was so great ! Fast, polite and so helpful. Next time I will hire same Best Fit Movers team!
No one ever told me a move can be so simple with the perfect guys
No one ever told me a move can be so simple with the perfect guys. I just assumed that all movers out there didn't know a thing about moving. I was so impressed by the way things went with these guys. We communicated very well from the start, the price was more than fair and everything was safely moved. I really appreciated the fact that they were punctual and showed up on time. Everyone was so nice with us and the kids. We really recommend them for a fuss free move!
We moved with the help of these guys quickly and safely all our belongings in just one day
We moved with the help of these guys quickly and safely all our belongings in just one day. The guys showed up early in the morning well prepared for the job. We already had packed most of the things but they managed to efficiently put in boxes the rest of the stuff. The furniture for two bedrooms we had to put it in their storage for at least one month until we finish some work at the house. The storage is clean, smells nice and it is well secured. We really recommend them for a job well done!
I am so thankful to everyone involve in our move
I am so thankful to everyone involve in our move. From the person on the desk to the guys that managed to move all our stuff...everyone is just so nice and helpful. We understand all the problems that this pandemic creates, but we really had to move a week ago, our contract expired and we had to empty our place by the first of April. These guys made sure we have one thing less to stress about and handled perfectly everything. The price is really good and so are the services. Highly recommend them!

Thank you, Best Fit Movers!
Thank you, Best Fit Movers! My husband and I moved to *** from the Orange County. I found Best Fit Movers on *** and after I met their estimator, which was very professional, I knew these is the company I want to hire. When the movers came to our house their *** , explained to me the steps of the move and how they will arrange my furniture into the truck, and more important how they will protect the items. Was very helpful, he responded to all my question. The move went very smooth and in a short period of time.I want to say thank you by this review.

I used Best Fit Movers based on a referral I received thinking it would minimize the scams moving companies try to pull
I used Best Fit Movers based on a referral I received thinking it would minimize the scams moving companies try to pull. Not in this case. Long story short, Best Fit agreed to refund me $170 for packaging costs and an hour of their services since I specifically asked about packaging costs when I booked and was told by "William" they were included and the movers took 5 hours to move a 1 bed and 1 bath comprised of 22 boxes and 10 pieces of large furniture due to looking at spider webs, cactus, plants, being on their phone, one guy wasn't even a mover and what not. Basically, myself and my sister were moving faster than the "professional" movers in loading the truck. After a lot of back and forth, I received a hand delivered check as they said the other was lost in the mail. Right?! Then 2 weeks later my credit card that I used to place down the initial moving deposit was charged the $170 back, basically voiding the refund owed to me. Luckily my credit card company took care of it, but DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS. I've had way better experiences with other companies and will be using those in the future. Good luck and stay safe!
BEWARE OF BAIT AND SWITCH by this company!
BEWARE OF BAIT AND SWITCH by this company! Move WILL cost much more than expected! UPDATE 3/12: ALSO beware of signing documents electronically the day of the move ...I was told the documents would be emailed to me, but here I am 2 weeks after the move and I am STILL chasing receipt of the documents...I have not recieved a single document! I was quoted for a 4 bedroom house move and received written confirmation for crew size of 4 movers @$194/hr. NOTE: Fact that quote is in writing does not appear to mean anything to this company. On day of move a crew of only 3 arrived and they were surprised that I was expecting 4. Crew was VERY nice, they called company and were told that they would try to send a 4th person ...that never happened! Move took about 2 hours longer than expected due to being down one man. When it came time to pay, the company only discounted $30/hr for 1 less crew member, but I explained that $30 an hour did not compensate for the extra time required for 3 vs 4 to move a 4 bedroom house (exhausting work!). I was transferred to a manager, who reiterated the $30 per crew member discount policy and he would not budge on the price. In the end, between the frustration of dealing with the management of this company and the $200+ extra charge, I will never use this company again and would NOT recommend them! Side note: I currently have a damage claim in the works with this company. Once that claim is completed, I will update this review to include and reflect the experience/outcome of this process.

I got my stuff out of storage 4-20-23. I am due a $375.00 refund for ten days. I called 100×s. Also bought 40ft ship container for delivery. I got black eye from falling curtain rod. My tv is broken, 1 box of pre world War II Noritake China broken, and my 110 year old piano bench broken. Also charged for 6 boxes 150.00 and 13 blankets 455.00. You packed house and put storage. I paid then for that. Also movers stated they waited a couple hours due to traffic i pay for that?. Unprocessed refund due to pr-rated storage
We used BestFit Movers for moving and storage during the month of April, May, and June of 2023, due to a house sale. The items stored is bound for international shipment; however, we had to wait for the ship's availability in order for the container to be released. Anyways, while we wait, we acquired the services of BestFit movers not only to move the item...

When I booked with Best Fit Movers, it was agreed we would get 2 movers at $120/hour (cash rate)
When I booked with Best Fit Movers, it was agreed we would get 2 movers at $120/hour (cash rate). I moved 1 year prior and it took 4 hours to move further and to a more difficult location, so I planned for about 4 hours. Upon the company's arrival, there was 1 mover and 1 driver who did not move anything. The move took over 6 hours (which would have been 3 hours if we got the 2 movers we agreed upon.) I was charged over $1000 and the driver, ***, refused to provide a receipt at time of payment. After multiple attempts trying to reach a manager, *** sent an email saying a refund will be issued. I did not received a refund nor a receipt. I called and requested a receipt again on 5/24 and was told it will take over 1 week. It has been over 2 and a half months and I have not received a refund, I have not received a receipt. My bank cannot dispute charges without a receipt. I would like assistance to get 50% reimbursed or a receipt so I can dispute the charges with my bank

I used this company on November 12 to perform a one time household goods move from my house in *** to A-1 Self Storage at ***. The charges totaled $297.00. Since then, the company has charged me the same amount every month. I have contacted them several times and every time they say it will be fixed in a few business days, but they continue to charge me every month. I keep being told its a glitch in the system. When speaking to the employees, they do not seem professional and sound phony and fraudulent. My bank was able to refund me for a few months, but they have stolen over $3000 from me at this point with no resolution. I am at the point of suing if not resolved immediately. My account balance has shown $0 since December but the charges continue.
I hired Best Fit Movers *** to provide moving services on 9/4. When I retained the *** on 7/19, an initial security deposit in the amount of $100 was required with the stipulation that the deposit amount would be credit toward the final cost of the move. I was quoted $165/hour plus a $50.00 truck charge. The move took 4.5 hours, making the final charge $792.50. When asked the driver to apply the $100 deposit amount to the final total when the move was completed on 9/4, I was told that the initial deposit would be refunded to my credit card. I paid the $792.50 in full. I contacted *** in the ***'s billing department on 9/13 informing her that I had yet to receive the deposit refund. She stated that the refund would occur in *** hours, and the refund would post in 3-5 business days. It is now 9/30, and I have yet to receive the promised refund, and multiple attempts to follow up via email have gone unanswered.
Schedule my move online with the company and got a call while online filling out the information about whats in the unit. Once on the recorded line with the moving sales person I was told the rate I would pay and that Im just paying for the time spent moving. Told me that the date I selected was confirmed and that I was all set. I received and email about what I should do about parking for the truck, about covid and about my move being confirmed and nothing else for me to do. I wasnt told that I needed to login to there sight to get the cost of additional fees. I wasnt told them on the line and I wasnr told the approximate cost id be paying over the phone on the recorded line or via email. I was told to put in a claim by the *** who told me that this info should have been shared with me and that the lady who handles claims will listen to the call to ensure that it was mentioned. Recived an email for *** the cliams lady who didn't listen to the call and the emails say nothi
I hired Best Fit Movers to move me on Nov 16
I hired Best Fit Movers to move me on Nov 16. Their movers damaged 2 pieces of furniture. I called the company and filed a claim the same day. I also emailed information to [protected]@bestfitmovers as requested and sent pictures of the damage to my dining table and leather sofa. I received a call back after 2 days from *** and she mentioned that the claim would only be valued at approx $60 based on weight. I said it wasn't correct for 2 pieces of furniture and told her I would contact *** where I purchased the pieces. *** gave me a weight of 185 lbs on the sofa but the dining table weight was not available w/o contacting the manufacturer. I sent the information to *** on 11/20. I have made several attempts to call, left messages and sent emails to follow up. Four weeks have passed and I cannot get a resolution, phone call, message or email from this company about my damage claim. On 12/7 *** was supposed to have a meeting and call me back later in that afternoon and I haven't heard from her since and my damage claim has still not been resolved.

Best Fit Movers charged me $575 for a move that never took place on 6/30. They showed up an hour after the quoted WINDOW without notifying me or apologizing, decided they didn't want to do the move (I guess? they never told me) and left without telling me, then lied to the company saying the property was "unsanitary," that there were "rodents," which is ridiculous, and that there was no way for them to get the furniture out. This was all news to me. They left without even telling me, despite them telling their employers they did so. I had to ask friends to do the move, which we did with no issues (got all the furniture out). They then kept the $100 deposit and charged me another $475 for a move that was never started nor completed, without notification or authorization. Other online reviews for this company show similar behavior over time. They also charged me $175/hour-I was quoted at $150/hour. I have not heard anything from the company, no response. Picture shows texts w/ movers
Husband contracted a household move from *** to ***. Pack up occurred in April 14 and the final delivery occurred on June 18. The contract signed was for an estimated weight of *** lbs and for $10,215.00. Delivery was scheduled for delivery on June 5. This did not happen until June 18th. Then we had multiple damages and have evidence that our belongings were not packed or handled with care. The truck was driven by a someone with a personal truck and a pulled trailer (not a moving truck). Additionally, my husband was asked to sign a limited liability waiver multiple times by the driver after my husband noted damages and began taking pictures. At that point we had concerns that our move was brokered out which was not part of our contract. The Best Fit team has failed to respond or communicate with us except with some blanket emails which I would be happy to provide. See pictures and documents: https://photos.app.goo.gl/CbfuWcjzAUCJMDJy9
We completed a move on 7/31 and had both our white couches wrapped in plastic and two mattresses before movers arrived. They physically unwrapped our wrapping (photo of our wrapping attached) and re wrapped it themselves then damaged the white furniture with dirt stains/scratches then at the end said "you signed a waiver that unwrapped items are on you" THEY UNWRAPPED it and tried scamming us. Told by Kona to file a claim with ***. Have not heard from her. We want to negotiate price for unwrapping our belongings, damaging then lying about it. They were missing a rail piece of my sons bed when reassembling and told us "we don't know if the bed had missing pieces so thats on you". They left it behind at our old place. Unprofessional scammers. I'd like a partial refund to cover damages/cleaning. No one told them to unwrap furniture. Who does that? No emailed receipt, he sent us a picture of it then took photos of my entire DL and CC on his cell phone. I'd like this resolved.
Company moved just 2 rooms of my house to new address on 8/7. Damages left on dresser, box spring left extremely dirty and mattress cover has tire marks. Credit Card was charged a total of $862.50. They day I paid I was told my total was $762.50 and no invoice given, the guy said to call and ask for one. When I called I was told my $100 deposit made my total $762.50 the day of the move...that was not explained when I asked my total due when it was time to pay. Was told at time of reservation moving blankets would be used and garment boxes provided. My furniture was covered in shrink wrap, no blanket used or boxes given. Company wanted to give me a $200 check for damages and now providing an invoice with a higher rate then what was given stating I have a balance due. They want to charge more and now refusing to provide the $200 check for damages stating they have no obligation to do so.
I filed claim ID *** against Best Fit Movers regarding damages to my furniture during my move on November 16
I filed claim ID against Best Fit Movers regarding damages to my furniture during my move on November 16. I had an extremely difficult time resolving the issue with this company for over 2 months. The original claim was closed because the business responded that the issue was resolved but I was still dissatisfied. I spoke with Juliana Alvarez on January 11 and accepted their settlement offer and gave her my mailing address. On January 19, I emailed her again to ask if the claim had been processed and if a check was mailed. She said the check was sent on Monday, January 18 and to wait until Friday. Still no check. The next week, I spoke with Juliana and she said she mailed the check herself and to wait until Friday January 29. Still no check. I have emailed, called and left a voicemail. It doesn't take over 2 weeks for a check to be mailed in the entire US. I live in THE SAME ZIP CODE as the business. If a check has TRULY been issued, then they need to void and reissue the check and send it by a trackable method. I have been given the run around by this company for 3 months and this is beyond ridiculous and they need to rectify this situation now.

Date of the transaction: 4/15 The amount paid to the driver was *** cash (plus a *** credit card retainer fee)The nature of the dispute is that when I asked for the receipt the driver could not print it out and referred me to the billing department which forward me a "*** of lading" for *** (which is a difference of ***). I called and spoke with *** (@ *** to which she agreed that they made a mistake in billing me and "gave me her word" that I would be reimbursed 360. This was on 4/26. I called to let them know I did not receive the promised reimbursement on 5/3. I could not get any specific (check number, when it was supposedly mailed) and believe that they have no intentions if reimbursing me even though I have evidence that they overcharged me.
I hired Best Fit movers to move my small apartment worth of stuff from ***, *** to ***, . They loaded the truck in *** under the supervision of my husband on 5/16. They arrived to unload in Sparks the following day, 5/17. The movers were unprofessional- complaining to me again & again about the long drive. They did not honor the quote they provided me (which included the correct addresses/mileage) due to the drive taking a long time. The movers damaged SEVERAL items, including my dining table. Which after affixing the tabletop at the new address to the pedestal, they tried to hide the damage by covering the table with old boxes. When I confronted *** about it, and asked him if he was going to mention it to me, he confessed that they had agreed together to lie to me about it. Since then I have found more broken items as well as dozen or so missing *** pots. Which I later discovered they broke and dumped in the dumpster! These items together total nearly $750.
I have good reason to believe a gun, registered to a family member of mine, was stolen by my movers during the day if the move. It was taped up inside a drawer of one of the dressers and after the move it is nowhere to be found. This is concerning and reflects very badly on Best Fit Movers. My fianc intends to file a police report but I am hoping to remedy this situation before taking these measures.
On 11/10, Best Fit Movers, moved furniture from my old apartment to my new townhouse
On 11/10, Best Fit Movers, moved furniture from my old apartment to my new townhouse. They movers overcharged me and my elderly wife $60.00. We were told by management, when we agreed to the move, that the cost would be $436.00. But on the day of the move, we were charged $496.00 by the movers and they wanted cash , with we paid them. The problem is, that on the next day when we received our *** by e-mail , our receipt show our final *** was only $436.00. My wife and I are Senior Citizens and we live on a fixed income. We even gave the movers a handsome tip and provide d them with cold drinks since it was a warm day. I have contacted best fit movers several times in regards to this issue and they continue to do nothing, but tell me that they are investigating. They have made no attempt to contact me or my wife about what happened to us. We would appreciate your assistance in trying to resolve this issue. We feel like this was Citizen and Elder Abuse and needs to be stopped. How many other Seniors have been ripped off by these movers. Best Fit Movers, need to be held accountable. We should be reimbursed the $60.00, and they to be put on notice that this practice is unacceptable. Thank you

We hired a mover over the phone who asked for a $100 deposit. We paid the deposit with a debit card. According to the quote we received initially, we believed we owed them an additional $400 which we paid in cash at the time of the move. A few days later the moving company charged my debit card an additional $550.52. That charge is currently pending on my account. I will try to stop the charge with my bank but must wait until is stops processing.
The movers of the moving company caused damage to the property upon move out
The movers of the moving company caused damage to the property upon move out. Damage includes; Numerous scratches in the natural wood flooring and large gouge in natural wood flooring stairs. The company is refusing to process a claim for reimbursement for damages. The contract with the company includes coverage for damage to property or possessions caused by the company. Company claims to have a document that is supposedly signed by me that removes any liability for damage to possessions or property that the movers may cause. No such agreement was viewed or signed by myself. This document is a clear, intentional, falsification of the moving agreement. The document does not have my correct name on it. The section that would be checked to waive any liability for unwrapped items is not checked. The note in the section they refer to was clearly written to remove their liability for damage caused. The note in the document makes no mention of waiving liability as a result of damage from mover tooling. In discussion with the individual mover, I made it very clear that that protection of the property was essential. When discussing the damage with the mover, he understood that he caused the damage with his dolly and expressed verbal concern of me reporting the damage as the cost would be taken from his pay.

The company hired sent a follow up email when we confirmedthe move (photo attached) of the services that they weregoing to provide. Some being - moving boxes, unloading boxes, loading thetruck, packing and unpacking, disassembling andreassembling furniture. My roommate and I as well as mythree other friends that were here as witnesses did all ofthis. The movers stayed in the back of the truck theentire time and kept asking to smoke a weed pen.My roommate, brother and I loaded the truck with theentire two bedroom apartment, living room and kitchen.Moved all the boxes, all the heavy furniture anddisassembled all of the furniture and reassembled oncethey left at 1am.At the end of the move that took over 8 hours forsomething that should have been 4 *** they charged usdouble what they estimated over the phone. The movers saidthat they would not leave until we signed the agreementand paid the invoice and if we didn't they would fight mybrother and call the police in. They then proceeded tocall my roommate a "stupid *** I feltextremely threatened by this and had no choice but to signthe agreement.I understand that there is a signed invoice but that wasdue to being in a dangerous situation. The movers didabsolutely nothing. I am still okay with paying theirminimum of three hours that was required but anythingbeyond that was incorrectly charged.

I contacted Best Fit Movers 3 years ago to pick up and store a small amount of property from *** Apartments in ***, **
I contacted Best Fit Movers 3 years ago to pick up and store a small amount of property from *** Apartments in ***, . The monthly fee for storage was set at $75/month. I always paid the $75 on the first day of the month upon receiving the invoice by email. For quite some time Ive been noticing about $75 missing from my account and couldnt find it. On the first of October I finally spotted the $75 being fraudulently charged to my credit card. It was best fit movers. I had not authorized this payment. I called the bank and let them know. They issued a new card. On November 1 two attempts were made to fraudulently extract $75 from my account and were declined because the card was no longer active. I suspect this has been going on for up to two years where I make a payment of $75 and then *** at Best Fit Movers fraudulently takes another. Ive contacted BFM and left messages for *** which go unanswered. I am suspicious that my belongings are no longer in storage making this situation even worse. I would like ComplaintsBoard.com to help ascertain positively that they are still holding my belongings in storage, a reimbursement for all fraudulent transactions and if they no longer have my belongings, (est. $4000) I would like the full value of belongings and reimbursement of all money paid and taken over the entire time period.Thank you

Best Fit Movers did over $9,000 in damages to my items when they moved my belongings
Best Fit Movers did over $9,000 in damages to my items when they moved my belongings. I contacted them (the owner, Petru C, Juliana A assistant manager, and Jesus P, Manager for over two months to file a claim. Because I was not hearing back, I contacted the Bureau of Household Goods and they told me I should contact their insurance company, *** and file a claim, I did and Best Fit Movers cancelled it. Then all of a sudden after I told them I was going to make a claim because of the damages they did, a few weeks later, they tell me that I owe them money. This is surely suspicious. And it is not true. I owe them nothing. I paid them in cash the balance they told me I owed them every day. It took them three days to move me. Again, I paid what was owed every day. They will not responded to my emails and phone calls that I have made practically to them every day for the last several months. I sent them a demand letter as I going to file a claim with the Small Claims Court and they still will not respond or contact me. Their employees and movers are unprofessional, not trained properly and don't care about people's belongings. One of the movers actually admitted of not ever putting together the type of bed I have. Which in turn now severely damaged. It is a sleep number bed that moves up and down and now does not work at all! If you could please help me, I would appreciate it. These guys are crooks! They should be denied to be part of the ComplaintsBoard.com. Thank you

I was quoted an online quote for moving I asked for a physical on-site estimate and quote I accepted that quote even though it was higher than the online ( without visiting my home) I agreed it was fair and as they had visually and physically perused the home , I felt comfortable with those estimates I have a deposit I had them visit the first day and even though I was charged over *** dollars more I understood this to be because of packing charges , I paid them the first day what they required . My estimate that first day was ***. ***. Dollars I paid *** and a *** dollar deposit I was called and explained I gave my card and permission for that charge. My housekeeping people had packed mostly everything, I thought this was high, but understood they charge for boxes , paper and packing. The second day not only did they not finish on time and I had to pay other people to be at the other home address twice , where they would be delivering , but they the proceeded to charge me more than 3.5 times what we had agreed. My estimate to bring everything from one home to another was agreed at from *** up to ***. For the move to be taken from one home to the other , I aprooved to be charge that higher charge less the 100 dollar deposit I gave them , I was charged for that part without a call, without a ***, without an explanation I have never gotten a ***, reciept , a call back or an email response as of a week now . Ive sent the same person text Ive tried calling him Ive sent emails no response at all. *** at best fit movers :

We had an employee from Best Fit Movers come out to our house to give us a quote
We had an employee from Best Fit Movers come out to our house to give us a quote. He did and said we Needed one truck. The day of the move it turns out at least 25% of our stuff was not going to fit in the truck. We waited over 5 hours for a second truck and during that time received phone calls from *** who gave us the quote for one truck telling me I was a liar and that I told him not everything was going with us. Which i did not. Also *** called and told me it was my fault. drop off the movers were 2 hours late and we received no update on the eta during that time. End of the move it came time to pay. The charge was $1500 more than our original quote. We said we did not feel that charge was fair due to all of our problems. We spoke to *** on the phone and he explained that we would not be charged for anything until *** the owner called us the following day. He said fill out in the comment section the issues and why we were not happy with the service and charge. And to sign the tablet and we will figure out the charged tomorrow when *** calls. So thats what we did. He said the guys could not leave and get back on the road until we signed. 1 minute after the movers left we were charged on our card that I guess they had on file, we did not give them our credit card at that time. They charged our card without consent and lied about what we were signing. Also in the original contract there was an option to pay cash at a lower rate. At no point were we asked if we were paying cash. They went ahead and just charged our credit card without giving us the cash option. At no point did they tell us they were going to charge our card.

Dear ComplaintsBoard.com,The primary nature of my complaint is many issues and concerns with Best Fit Movers
Dear ComplaintsBoard.com,The primary nature of my complaint is many issues and concerns with Best Fit Movers. On or about August 21 from approximately 10:45am to 6:40pm almost 7 hours to do a move additional they showed up late with no notification why? Along with the communication of the supervisors of the move. The movers did not where the ***19 masks as required and I reminded them several times during the day and move and 1 mover did have one. This is regarding the pay for the service as they were late, didn't provided the proper truck for the job one without a lift, which also wasn't explained which caused delays and more breaks along with the movers taking there time very slow and disrespectful towards us with many arguments throughout the ordeal and day with unsatisfactory service they were providing, and charging a very expense amount, All three movers were all disrespectful to my wife, family, and I. The movers just kept saying where gonna get paid not matter what as they continued to work very slow and damaging our front door and outdoor lights. We don't mind paying for a service but when the movers taking advantage of us the customer and not providing a service and working slow and being disrespectful which are being provided. The move took approximately 7 hours, for 1 bed, 4 couches, 2 dressers, 2 tables, 1 large curio cabinet, 1 small curio cabinet,4 lamps, 1 refrigerator which was put in garage. We really apricate it for you to help us to let you know and help us or investigate make happened to us in this matter. We would like a total refund or billing adjustment for the stress and disrespect encountered in this matter. If we can provide you with anything additional please let us know.We thank you so very much,The

From May to October I rented storage vaults from Best Fit Movers because I was moving out of an apartment but I had not signed a lease
From May to October I rented storage vaults from Best Fit Movers because I was moving out of an apartment but I had not signed a lease for a new apartment. In October, just like I would for any other month, I paid the monthly storage fee of $225. Although, on 10/13 all of my items were moved out of their storage vaults by their team of movers because I had signed a lease for a new apartment. Accordingly, I should have received a partial refund for the rest of October in the amount of $130.65 (based upon a daily storage rate of approximately $7.26 per day). Juliana A, an employee at Best Fit Movers, even said she would process my refund BEFORE my move on 10/13 but I never received anything in the mail! I even followed up with an email to Juliana on 10/21 but she never replied. I also followed up with several phone calls to the business and on most occasions Juliana was "busy" and when she was available to speak, she claimed that she would get in touch with their "billing department" to see when the partial refund would be processed, knowing full well that she was the ONLY employee in the billing department. Due to my inability to get any firm confirmation from Juliana, I asked for the name and contact information for her supervisor, but he too was hard to reach due to being "out in the field". Additionally, two items of mine went missing that I reported to Fernando and Juliana. (Fernando usually answered the phone whenever I called.) The items that went missing were a yellow ladder that included a built-in shelf where a can of paint could be placed AND a glass panel for a TV shelf, which I provided the dimensions for to both Juliana & Fernando. I never received any resolution to any of these matters despite my persistence.

On October 3 I first requested a quote through the company website and the response said I could either wait or call
On October 3 I first requested a quote through the company website and the response said I could either wait or call. I decided to call I asked for a quote to move a three bedroom townhouse 10 miles would cost. The lady said $155 an hour if I paid in cash or $165 an hour in paying with card. From what I remember she asked if I needed the movers needed to pack I said no I would have everything packed and would hopefully only need them for a 4-5 hours. I asked if I needed to break down the beds and she said no the movers would do it. She told me if I needed anything packed they could provide supplies but I did have to provide a $100 deposit. The movers showed up at *** my husband was there with my children packing up the last remain items. I was at the new house meeting with utility technicians for set up. I went back around *** to bring the dogs to the new house and saw that the movers were just standing around. Around *** I called my husband how much longer because the movers hadn't made one trip yet. He said that he thought it was about another. At *** I called again and asked how much longer he said only the large appliances and they should be on their way because they wouldn't take toiletries, china, and anything not in a box. I drove over there and saw that all three of the movers were just standing there on their phones not doing anything. By now the banks had closed and I could not get money so I had to pay the $165 price. In 9 hours the movers broke down beds and moved all the boxes to the outside. At the new house the movers lost screws to the bed frame and debated for a little bit what to do which they charged up for that hour, After 13 hours and 2 trips, I told them to leave and we would finish it because they didn't care. The *** came to *** and I asked for a military discount bringing it down to ***. I called the customer complaint to have this rectified and they said would discuss and I still have not heard anything.

i hired BestFit to move my single family home (1900 sq ft) from San Marcos, CA to Chandler, AZ
i hired BestFit to move my single family home (1900 sq ft) from San Marcos, CA to Chandler, AZ. BestFit sent an employee to our house on site to work up a quote to move our entire home to AZ. After the on site review they quoted us for one truck to do the entire move. We asked if 2 would be needed and were told no. They were very wrong and seemed to think that my wife and I were to blame for their mis-quote. I have never had a worse experience with any company. They left us with 25% of our house unpacked due to the truck being too small and left us with little to no help for solutions. Dispatch workers were extremely rude, unhelpful, and called my wife a liar to her face when we were trying to get another truck sent out to finish the move. The disrespect this company has towards women is despicable. Once the 2nd truck was loaded multiple hours after it was supposed to arrive, the movers were supposed to be at my AZ house the next day between 8am and 10am. No one showed up by 10am. After waiting around all morning and calling dispatch around 15 times with no answer (they will screen your calls) the movers finally showed up around 11am with no explanation. Once the move was done i was asked to E-sign that the job was completed. I refused to sign because i did not want to consent that i was satisfied with the company/job. I was told by the manager that i was not consenting that i was satisfied but rather signing that the trucks were emptied and delivered and i could add complaints in the comments section. I was told that i would not have to pay any additional amounts until after i talked with the owner. They blatantly lied to get me to sign. About 10 mins after the movers left i was charged $2889.00 without my consent. This seems to be a common occurrence for BestFit. When the owner finally responded, he was as expected, less professional than his employees. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They will lie, cheat, and steal from you with no remorse.

The guys from Best Fit Movers did a great job yesterday. I finished to unpack and all I have to say is that they are great guys, hard workers, professional people. Thanks!
We had to leave our apartment in 5 days, and we had to start looking for a new house ASAP. We signed a lease and wanted to move two days later. So we didn't had too much time to prepare the move. We called Best Fit Movers and arrange with them that the packing to be done in the same day with the move. They suggested that we should hire 3 movers because will be more efficient. The 3 movers arrived on time and start packing, after that, they moved everything into the truck. The move happened so fast for us that we can say we were lucky to find an apartment and a good moving company in such short time. Thank you so much!
The moving process is not so stressful if you have the right team working for you! *** and *** provided fabulous moving service ! We wouldn't have been able to complete our move without their help. They came in time, were very communicative, and speedy with the move...! I would work with them again in the future! :)
