Best Buy - brother monochromatic printer hl-l2390dw

I called requesting replacement of a less than a year old printer purchased from Best Buy's in Marina California within the last year. On two occasions I was hung up on. The first rep. Related he could not hear me. The second rep. Disconnected after placing me on hold. I'm stuck with a "paper jam" problem that is non existent.
