The worst customer service i received yesterday when my sister and i was shopping and returning shoes in your store at great mall, san jose, ca. We shopped at 5 p.M. And there were two sales associates and the one with longer hair helped us. We returned our shoes at 7 p.M the same the day, the one who helped us was not there, so the other one helped us with our return. This was when all the ugly things happened!
1. When my sister and i left your store after we bought a pairs of high heels yesterday, the security machine rang. I asked your staff to check if she had take off the security stuff, she just said "it is ok" and told us to go. But their security machine also rang again when we went to another store, we felt very embarrassed. We needed to return to your store to ask your staff to take the thing off. We saw the other sales associate who saw us needed help but she just turned away and not willing to offered help even she was 3 steps away from us! Can you believe how your sale assciate's attitude changed after they made the sales and commission?!
2. When we checked the high heels after we were back at home, we realized the two shoes were different sizes. One was 6 1/2 and the other one was 7 1/2. I have never bought a pair of shoes with different sizes shoes inside the shoe box! I thought the most basic training at a shoes store for their staff is to tell them to check if the shoes sizes are match before selling them to their customers. We had to go all the way back to your store again for returning. A waste of time and gas!
3. When we was returning the shoes in your store, your staff(Salesperson no.: 78062), with no smiling, and no greeting for us at all, she was looking so displeased when she went back to the desk, and the only word she said was "sh**" instead of giving any apology when she realized the shoes were in wrong sizes. When she gave us back our money, she dropped them in the cashier desk. I asked her to mind her attitude, her reply was "i have said sorry, so what do you want me to do". That was the sorry for dropping the money intentionally to make us feel embarrassed, but i was pretty sure there were tons of other other things she should have felt sorry for! I asked for an apology for the wrong sized high heels and the bad service and attitude she gave us, but she said that was not her fault and rejected to give us an apology! When i asked for her name, she rejected too. I don't understand why such a big company does not ask your staff to wear name tags. I understand she was not the person who sold us the shoes and who earned our commission, but i wasn't buying the shoes from her too! I was buying the shoes from nine west, if she works for nine west i believed she should have never said a thing like that! Just only because she wasn't and couldn't earn us the commission, didn't mean we deserved to be treated like this.
My sister is a blogger and traveling form hong kong. I am taking her to nine west because i had believed she would have had a good experience at nine west before she went back to hong kong, and has something good to say and recommend your company at her blog, unfortunately, i don't see this is ever going to be happening! You got what you gave. I did not expect such a big company would present such horrible customer service. I am glad we returned the shoes and got our money back now. This is the worst consumer service at all times! This sales associate should definitely be changed if nine west does not want to keep losing your customers!
