The prices are high, but if you hold out til the end of the season prices drop to 50 - 60% off original; and surprisingly the prices are roughly the same both instore and online.

So, I decided to return a few pairs using their return label on September 27th.
I got confirmation that the carrier had picked up my return right away, but here I am on November 7th, almost two months later, and still no refund! I've been calling every other week and all they keep telling me is "it's at our warehouse and you'll receive a refund within 10-15 business days." But, the box just sat there at their warehouse with no movement week after week after week.
Finally, they opened a help ticket for me and said I would receive a response within 24 hours. But, I never heard back from them. So, I called again today and was told that the box is FINALLY in transit from their warehouse to their returns processing center. But, get this, it's going to take another 6-8 WEEKS before I see my money! That's almost 4 months total! I probably won't even get my refund until next year!
Honestly, I'm so disappointed in Nine West. I used to love their shoes and recommend them to all my friends and family. But, after this experience, I will never shop with them again and I will definitely not be recommending them to anyone. Until I receive my refund, I will continue to write negative reviews about them on every platform I can find.

NineWest.com: A Disaster of a Purchase and Insulting Return Policy
I recently made my first ever purchase on NineWest.com and I must say, it was a complete disaster. I spent a whopping 300 USD on various items, one of which was the Cyra A blue purse. However, when I received the package, I was shocked to see that the purse was damaged and poorly constructed. The sides were crinkled and the handle was uneven, as you can see in image 1. To make matters worse, when I tried to return the damaged item, I was met with an insulting return policy. According to their policy, they only accept returns to the "original tender type- no exceptions," as you can see in image 3. I tried to contact their customer service about the issue, but they did not pick up the phone the first 6 times. The first robo-message included a sorry for their return problems, which was strike 1 for me. It was absolutely ludicrous and, for a lack of a better term, simply ghetto.
On my 7th call, they finally filed a case and said I would receive an email that same day to send pictures. However, I did not receive an email until March 6th, 2023, which was 5 days later. When I finally received the email, I sent photos of the damaged item. However, their reply accused me of using the product and stated that it was store credit only, as you can see in the attached photo. This was a big strike 2 for me.
At this point, I realized what kind of company NineWest is. I truly thought they had greater decorum and were a brand of integrity. However, they were on a journey to make first time customers their last time customer. Strike 3 - I let them know again about the problem and the resolution: free return for my money back to original tender or else I'm going to literally return my 300$ initial purchase, and 100$ second purchase (before this fiasco), and discontinue any kind of relationship whatsoever. I'm truly not desperate to support a business that conducts themselves like this.
Whoever is running customer service doubles down, burning bridges to the ground, and says STORE CREDIT. My credit card dispute stands firm. I'll also be gathering all of my items for return. Congrats, guys. Hope it's worth it! I'm sticking to Macy's.

So, I sent another message saying that I wanted a label emailed to me so that my sister could ship the boots to my address. But then, they told me that wasn't an option and that they would send me a return label instead. But, you guessed it, I never got that label either. I've sent in multiple requests for a return label, and I still haven't received one. It's been a total nightmare.
I've been wearing Nine West shoes and accessories for over 30 years, but I gotta say, I don't think I'll be buying anything from them again. It's just not worth the hassle. They clearly don't care about their customers, and they have no idea what good service means. They then wanted me to take them and return them through UPS. Taking my own time And gas to return them. They then would not send me the shoes that I actually ordered. When googling Nine West, it first showed Nine West in dollars, I did not want to pay customs and I looked for Nine West in rands. The websitr www.nine-west.co.za popped up with similar items on sale. Upon registering, I was redirected to www.ninewest-southafrica.net still with very same items on sale.
I made my purchase and paid. Received a screenshot attached as confirmation with tracking number.
It was strange to see the goods being originated from China with the seller being listed as tobe1shop
Delivery never arrived and shipping site says goods were delivered.

I wish I checked here before buying from Nine West... I bought 2 pairs of shoes from the online store of Nine West Netherlands and paid 104 EUR. After 5 weeks I received my shipment from China (?) had to pay import taxes as well and when I received the package finally the delivery was a hideous baseball cap! I contacted customer service and they told me that I need to send the cap all the way back to China to get a full refund. Returned costs will be on me! They offered half refund if I keep the hat. So I need to pay 50+ EUR for an ugly hat that I didn't even want in the first place? They are a real SCAM! Do not buy guys, save your money for another seller. Huge disappointment in Nine West!

The prices at Nine West are really good, but the shipping is always slow. I've ordered from them many times, but I've never received my items within 10 days. Sometimes it takes more than 20 days! But let me tell you, it was a nightmare! I waited on hold for over an hour and eventually just hung up.
When my items finally did arrive, I was disappointed to find that I didn't need them anymore. So I tried to return them, but Nine West didn't provide me with a free return shipping label. I had to pay for the return shipping myself, which was really annoying.
Overall, I have to say that the service at Nine West is pretty awful. I'm starting to worry that they might close soon, just like they've closed most of their physical stores in the states. It's a shame, because their prices are really good. But if they can't get their act together when it comes to shipping and customer service, I don't see how they can stay in business for much longer.

I gotta say, I've been ordering shoes and boots from Nine West for a while now, and it takes forever for them to arrive. Like, we're talking 2 and a half to 3 weeks. And it's not just a one-time thing, I order from them at least once a month, sometimes getting several pairs at once. By the time the shoes finally show up, they've gone on sale and I end up paying full price. And then, to top it off, they're unreturnable. What's up with that?
And don't even get me started on customer service. There are no supervisors or managers available at any time of day. Like, do they even exist? I want quality footwear and I'm willing to pay for it, but I'm not gonna put up with shoddy service. Give me Steve Madden any day - at least they have 2-day delivery. And Jessica Simpson, Santana, and Marc Jacobs? Their service is worth the price.
I mean, don't get me wrong, Nine West has some cute shoes. But the hassle of waiting forever and dealing with nonexistent customer service just isn't worth it. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Undeterred, I decided to try my luck again on Monday. This time, I spoke to a different representative who seemed more sympathetic to my situation. She assured me that she would create a ticket for my cancellation request and that it would be taken care of promptly. However, the very next day, I received notification that my order had been shipped out. Needless to say, I was extremely frustrated and disappointed by this turn of events.
To make matters worse, I found that the customer service representatives I spoke to were not particularly helpful or friendly. In fact, I was hung up on twice during my attempts to resolve my issue. This only added to my frustration and made me feel like NINE WEST did not value my business or my time.
While I have never attempted to return anything to NINE WEST, I can only imagine that the process would be equally frustrating and difficult. Based on my experience, I would caution anyone considering placing an order with them to think carefully before doing so. The shoes may be lovely, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I have repeatedly been met with incompetence surrounding an order that I submitted about 24 hours ago. I noticed that the order was going to be shipped to my old address so I went back in to try and cancel the order but it would not let me. I keep being told that I had up to an hour to cancel but I went back in right after the order and it would not let me. So then I was on hold for well into an hour and the rep comes on to tell me that I could not cancel the order and she could not cancel the order because it was after an hour. Then I was told that the order would have to be shipped to the wrong address and then I would have to wait 7-10 business days to get a refund which is crazy! The order has not shipped and the fact that I got an order from you about 3 weeks ago to the correct address does not make sense to me. Then to add insult to injury and have customer service be so dry and uncaring is beyond frustrating.
Please provide some sort of reasonable explanation!

I placed an online order for 9 West Trendz pumps with the see through heel, size 7 in pink on on 1/6/23. The site indicated final sale. Not all colors of the same shoe design had the stipulations of final sale. The shoes arrived & they fit like a size 6 on 1/10/23. I almost never have problems with shoes fitting that small. I left 2 bad reviews on the 9 west website on 1/13/23 and 1/16/23 and neither review was posted. Consumers should be able to read ALL reviews, not just the good ones and be allowed to make informed decisions on purchases. I feel misled by the glowing reviews. I am stuck with shoes that don’t fit. After this, I will never buy another 9 West product.

I received the wallet and coin case on November 1, 2022 via courier services. To date the shoes has Never be shipped. The cost of the shoes were $25.16.
