I have been getting nothing but bad service at this location since June 2019. I have schedule 3 grooming appointment's in the past 2 months and all of them have been cancel for being under staff. So I finally asked to speak to the manager Matt. He apologize for the inconveniences, and offer me a discount for my next appointment. I went in today only to be told my dog couldn't get groom due to his rabies shots being expired. They could of told me this before booking my appointment. I asked for the manager Matt. Instead of Matt the Assistant manager Bob who I had to explain my issue to again. He then told me which Matt did you talk to? I told him how am I suppose to know what which Matt it was. I then told him that is not the issue, the issue is I should have been told my dogs rabies shots were
recently expired and they couldn't make the appointment instead of me wasting time driving over there. Also the employees are so rude and unprofessional. All of the employees expect Eric (grooming department) looked mad, and frustrated. Bob was also not helpful and you could tell he was irritated. I told him repeatedly, I wanted to speak with the manager Bob refused to bring Matt out when I was informed by one of the Matt's himself to speak with him for our appointment. This is utterly ridiculous that this has happened numerous occasions with no upper management assessing the situation over and over again. Otherwise id' be gladly to take my pet somewhere else.
