TV screen in front of reclining bikes has been broken since Jan 2019
Once a month ask status, every time DirectTV is blamed for not providing part or schedule. 10 months no progress. Reclining bikes 2 out of 4 heart rate monitor inoperable for several months. One set on metric with no response to repeated requests to reset. GM, Aaron?, of facility needs help, he provides canned answer without any success at fixing issues.
Fitness 19 - bill from collections company with no prior notification
Good Afternoon-
I am submitting this complaint after having just received a call from a collections company in the amt of $75 of which I was never notified or aware that I even owed. I moved 2 hours from Oceanside in Dec. 2017 and despite trying to call and cancel as I was advised I needed to come down there I finally mailed a letter on 04/30/2019 as indicated. up until this point I continued to pay my balance online and am not sure why I am now being billed this balance for serviced not only not received but cancelled well before. Here is a copy of the letter which is how I even know when the letter was sent. I am requesting this balance to be voided and recalled from collections as this is in accurate and stress inducing all of a sudden receiving a collections call when I was never aware of the balance to begin with. Absolutely horrified!

Fitness 19 - cancellation of membership
I cancelled my membership in April of ‘19. My bank account was still being charged.
I spoke with Aaron and Paula at Fitness 19 and was told my account had never been canceled, which is not true. They assured me my account was canceled in September of ‘19. But yet again My account was charged Oct 15, 2019.
I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
