wife and I purchased tickets 3/6/2020 for the 5:30 pm showing of Invisible Man.
we were seated in E5 and E6, anthoer couple was seated in E 8 and 9. At approx 5:30 right as the movie started a couple with a young baby about 1.5 - 2 years old sat in seats E1 thru E3. Almost immediately the baby started doing what babies do making noises and climbing around. I waited during the previews to see if either they would quiet the baby or if I could see an employee. No employee, No quiet baby. Movie started - continual noises and movement from baby, no employee anywhere to be seen from when we sat at 5:15 until now 6:00. I asked the gentleman to quiet his child - He said "it's a baby" - continuing noises from baby- still no sign of any employee at 6:20 I had enough. I told the young man since he wouldn't fix the problem I would. I was then called an [censored]. I went to find management. Asked security in lobby for manager waited 5 minutes for Manager Brian. He sent me back to claim my wife by myself into a dangerous volatile situation without any help from any security or employee. He stated he sent an "associate" my wife did not see any employees while I was with Brian. He did issue me a refund. I was in fear for my safety, the safety of my wife, Brian should have escorted me in person, or had security assist neither of that happened. The couple disrupting should have been removed, not just give me a refund. I would like to be contacted by someone in corporate to address these issues.
