Carl's Jr. - Missing and incorrect food items and bullying of me the customer!!

Carl's Junior (East Pasadena)

Just because of error and missing food item... I simply wanted this store to correct my problems. But instead the entire (early) evening night crew choose to hassle and taunt me and no one was going to come to my defense. The five people who were on staff last night that instigated this bullying incident instead had the gall to say that I scared her and cited that I instigated and was the aggressor of this problem. This girl (Tatiana) escalated these issue as she refused to listen to my complaints of the incorrect order. Instead Tatiana ordered the onion rings prepared and she flagrantly with her dirty bare hands tosses the onion ring on a serving tray smearing mayonnaise and pouring dirty water as she tells me to eat it and then she says as she'll help me. But then she grabs my phone away from me and forces me out the doors and locks the door. I pleaded to see the manager. In all the while her workers stood around and did nothing to stop this harassing and bullying of me. Then a male worker who showed no concern nor remorse. Tells me to take your food or compensation and said (quote) stick it up your as he had the audacity to give my the middle finger the BIRD hand gesture if you will. Then this male worker started saying that MARK S. the (on duty) manager doesn't want to help me or that he wants to kick my! As the dining hall was darkened the (male) worker goes over to the front door and throws my smartphone on the ground. As the manager approached he was also unhelpful nor flexible towards helping me. All he said is there was nothing they could do about this issue.
I was absolutely offended with this very unprofessional customer service; the lack of thereof. I never felt so angry in my life.
I'm a retired senior citizen (age 62). These incompetent workers on duty needs to be held accountable and needs to be discipline and perhaps ought to fired for this misconduct. These youngsters do not represent themselves as customer care or restaurant service worker the fact that these brats and bullies were going to use profanity during their duties at this eatery. If this is the case, than I have no respect for CARL'S Jr anymore period. I will never eat at this Carl's junior period. These people needs better customer service training and education with respect to human relations. This is clearly misconduct and bullying that cannot be tolerated in a workplace. I want these people discipled and held accountable for this bad customer service/customer relations. There was no empathy and no concern for me. I'm demanding an apology for this wrong doing. I'm sure that this is the way that the world is today, however these workers need to be more respectful and tactful to the public at all times period. This behavior is not for the workplace and inexcusable. I will not tolerate it. They need to all grow up and need to be professional adults. I felt very unwelcomed and was not understood at all.
