I was charged and fully paid for a mouth guard but they never fulfilled the order and I never received it. Received a bill, called billing mgr Rosa. She copped an attitude and refuses to provide me a refund. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She also refused to provide me with an itemized receipt of charges and refused to provide me with corporate contact.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund for my mouth guard and a written apology from the billing mgr.
