We directly ordered on the Chili's app on my phone on June 14,23 @ 5:30 pm. We waited along time for the order, I got a message from Doordash that the food arrived at 6:30pm. I opened the door and no food was there.

I called the Dasher named Norma, but a man answered. He said that he

couldn't find the address, and I ask why he didn't call, then he sent a picture of the food deliver in the streets where the cars park. He sent me a pci of the food in the street at 6:50 pm with a pic in the street. So I called Joe/Manger at Redlands. He told me to call, Doordash, they are used to bring the others. He was very helpful, during a busy night. I called to Doordash and at the same time I guess there was a earthquake in her local, and the phone we not working, she had me call Joe on my other phone and they talked between phones with my assistance. The Rep said she will be refunding our Monday paid, and that she would reissue a payment for them to remake our food, she also gave him a merchant phone number. She assured me that the charge was to be refunded and the order remake. It was around 8:30pm when the food arrived and Joe called me with the follow-up call. So we waited for the refund but it never came. I called Doordash last night and they said that Chili's needed to do the refund. She said it was over 48hrs, and that Chili's Corporate willl be giving me a call. However the error was done by aDoordasher.

Desired outcome: We would like to have a full refund or a credit to our account. This was unacceptable.
