I went in for tanning service and was told that the bulbs were replaced so my tanning time had to be reduced from 10 minutes to 5 minutes. This was a surprise because in the past when bulbs were replaced, I still was able to tan the full time.
The "District Manager, Chasity T." said that the FDA restricted our tanning times. Which I found absurd! I believe this person is a liar.
I've been to this location for several years but ever since PBT took over the ownership, they keep adding more and more restrictions. I made the mistake of purchasing additional membership and paid it in full and when I asked to have the membership refunded, the "District Manager, Chasity T." said they do not provide refunds.
Buyer beware! PBT company stills your money, restrict your access so that you are not able to tan on a regular basis.
My membership was not due to expire until 12-11-2024 but on 11-23-2023, the store was running a special that you can purchase a year and get an additional year free so I paid it in full and renewed my membership. I am extremely disappointed in the continued restrictions and the attitude of the staff. I would like a full refund.
