Care2 - Email provision - no response to help requests

I have an email account with care2.com, just over 2 weeks ago I tried to change the password on the account, and the automated service said I was unable to do this and had to contact the help department. So I sent a message to them outlining this and asking for help (the help service for care2.com is only through an online form) and recieved an email saying they had received my request for help and someone would get back to me in a couple of days. The next time I went to access my account when I tried to access the email part of the account it comes up with "errD2003
The service is not available" only. I have submitted at least 2 help requests since then and have checked my alternate email address is correct on their system and have heard NOTHING back and still cannot access my emails 2 weeks later. I have had similar problems with them before but having had the account for 15 ish years I really don't want to loose the contact pathway and email name. Please help get my account back up and running it is massively important to many areas of my life. Please could you also look into their complaint/help procedure, from an internet search trying to find someway of getting help it is clear that I am not the only person this has happened to. It is ridiculous that they can just refuse to answer any of their users in any meaningful way (particularly whilst claiming to be ethical!).

Yup, same problem:

The service is not available"
I've tried everything and followed all directions. It's just rude that after so many years, you get no response. They of course sent an email to alternate about ending email. But there are things that I want to save, transfer etc. What's up with this?

Having the same issue as Patrick and feeling very betrayed. I've been a supporter of Care2 almost ten years now. Now, without notice, no email access when they said they would give us until Oct. 1.

I've had this for over a week now. Particularly alarming since the service will be killed at the end of the month. I may never be able to access my old emails again or update other accounts that rely on this address.

Same error for past several days. Probably should discontinue care2 email...too aggravating

Am having the same issues with care2 mail for close two months now. Did you get it fixed. Support seems non existent
