Apria Healthcare Group - Sleeping device

- We got bill of $364.67 in Sept 2021 for service dates 07/24/2020 and 08/24/2020 (More than a year after the service) {Sept, Oct 2021 bill attached}
- We discussed this with Apria and they said, this is the final balance, and if you pay, your due will be $0
- Apria sent the bill to collection agency for these dates during the same time, which we paid on on Oct 8th 2021 (receipts attached)
- Then suddenly we got another bill in Nov 2021 for $542.36 (attached) for the same service dates (07/24/2020 and 08/24/2020)
- This is bizarre, as it seems more we pay, more bills we get, even for the same service dates.
- Therefore, Please take out these bill charges and clear our account, which was already closed in Aug 2020.

Desired outcome: Billing Adjustment and close account
