Hi there,
I’m Jennifer o Mara from Ireland, I am supposed to be working with your team in joe crab shack San Diego 525 E Harbor Dr for the Summer
But the management staff have not been helped to me at all as my Sponsors have told me to contact them as they have signed my paperwork but haven’t sent me the docusign which is delaying my arrival to the USA and putting my whole job in jeopardy.
I have emailed and rang the restaurant over the last few days and they have completely been ignoring me as it comes up they have seen my emails and my WhatsAppI am just reaching out as I would really appreciate some help with this whole situation
Desired outcome: That they contact me back and sign me my docusign
Joe's Crab Shack - Neri, George, Lulu
On 9/10/2022 my family and I went to joes located at 525 E Harbor Dr. our service was not a good experience. we where a group of 20. our server Neri didn't have a great attitude.when it came time to pay our bill. she was very upset that we wanted a military discount. we showed her all 4 ID. then she proceeded to bring her manger to verify. upon arrival of her manger she also had a attitude and ask to re verify ID of all four people. we showed her and asked her why we needed to re verify. she then stated to throw my card on the table and stated she couldn't take my payment. I am not a member of service nor was I trying to get a discount. I asked why and she stated I needed ID. decently misunderstood me but refused to let me explain that I didn't need the discount only the other parts did. then she proceeded to bring her manger in the conversation. George or Ruben came and right oof the back ask for ID once again. By this time my party and I where very upset. this now is the 3rd time they wanted to verify ID of military service. as we are leaving the manger George then stated that two of our checked where no clear of payment. these two military men had paid via QR code provided on the Receipt.the manger George proceeded to argue with my brothers about payment and made them pay twice. this all was a horrible experience and we will not be going back to this joes crab shack. we will also be notifying all members of the military crew of our experience.please contact me for more details. I will also like to know what course of action you will be taking.

Joe's Crab Shack - Sirloin steak
My husband, my child and I went to Joe's Crab Shack by the Harbor in San Diego and we were there at around 7 and the hostess and the person I ordered from Janeth stated that we could not dine in that they are only taking orders to go. So we decided ok lets get our food to go. We waited about 25 minutes for our food to be ready. No biggie. We ended up taking our food to go. Little did we know our food wasn't going to be done as requested. We ordered a medium cooked steak more well done then medium, we got a rare almost raw steak. My husband could not eat this steak and lost his appetite. I paid $60, waited outside and not to mention we could not dine in because supposedly it was near closing time I thought they closed at 9 and that they were at capacity. I was very understanding and didn't try to question the fact they were closing so early. After that I saw a party of like 8 walk right past us who arrived after us and were able to able to dine in, I was so confused. I am not sure what to say about this. I'm not the type to complain but I feel like I was cheated out for some reason. I don't like feeling this way and I am just hoping to get my refund.
