This place is unreal. The procedure kept getting cancelled due to poor employees and customer and service and I had to pay for every single preop appt. and service. They made me jump hoops and get doctor medical clearance then had me back and canceled due to high blood pressure. Finally I had only pubic region done only for $1k because during procedure I was rushed to ER due to high blood pressure. I also was concerned I had my period but they said if I rescheduled I would get penalty but I got an infection because of it. Then they only had my bp stabilized for 5 minutes when they moved forward with procedure. They started on my pubic region but sent me off to ER due to blood pressure. I tried to contact them regarding post-Op care but nobody would contact me back. I then wanted a refund since I couldn’t get a hold
of nobody regarding my post-Op questions but they said I could not get one so i decided to move forward if they weren’t refunding me. I then got medical clearance and went for
my pre-op appt again where they advised they didn’t want to move forward due to my blood pressure. They are now trying to charge me $2795 for pubic region and all pre-op appts and compression garments that I NEVER received as well for remaining balance of $5000.00 They just do not care about you just the money.

I was due to have a procedure with Sono Bello, the made an appointment for me to have my pre op the day before my surgery and said I had to pay in full. They requested information via text message more than once. They charged my husbands card 3-4 times saying it wasn't working. The day of pre op I met the doctor and the experience was horrible. I walked out of the office crying. Later I was told I would revive my refund by Kayla. I wrote a review about my experience on Yelp and after deciding I didn't want to continue with Sono Bello Kayla said "I won't give your full refund until you take down the review from Yelp" and then hung up. I called customer service and they said I was entitled to my full refund since I didn't even have a procedure done at all. The pre op appointment didn't even last more then ten minutes. The Doctor was horrible. All I want is my refund please and to get this company out of my life. I don't want to have to worry about my review because people deserve to know what others have experienced so they make a sound decision. Please help
