My name is Gloria Williams and I requested a refund from the consultant, Whitney in Greenville, NC. I talked to the consultant every other day about my $8010.00 refund. Your consultant, who is no longer employed by Sono Bella, assured me first that my refund would be in my account for several days, next she emailed me with exclamation marks that , I would get my refund. More days have passed, so I asked for the 5th time. The consultant has changed the story at that point, telling that the finance office could not electronically send it so they mailed the check and it may take time especially with the delay in mail due to the storm.
It all sounded very suspect to me. On this past Thursday, I get an email from the Regional Mgr, Tracey telling me that she apologize that Whitney never requested the refund. So Tracey said she put a request in and they will mail my check. It could take 7 days and that Whitney no longer works for Sono Bella. I requested that the check be sent over night. The Regional Mgr. should have called me to tell me about this issue because I literally had a panic attack. I asked Tracey to look back at the emails and read how rude the consultant was to me, just because I was asking about my money. I paid with a debit card and this whole situation has the appearance of fraud to me. My issue with Tracy is that she didn’t give me a tracking number and she too was very sharp with me. I asked her that should my liver levels come down, can I get some type of compensatory discount. She responded with, “we will discuss that when the time comes. I feel as though what I went through with the consultant was taken very lightly by Tracey. She could have offered me something, like a percentage off my surgery. Tracey may not be employed with Sono Bella or she may have amnesia. I wanted something in writing for all the hell I been through. That is the least your company can do because the way I was treated should be taken more seriously than it was. I can’t take any body’s word with Sono Bella anymore because of how I was lied to over and over again. I am very disappointed with Sono Bella.
