Hello Mr CEO of Fox Rent a Car,
Please read my story below and tell me how you feel as a customer.
I made reservation to rent a minivan for our trip to Reno the end of 2019.
When I show up to pick up the vehicle, the customer service reps told me that you guy DO NOT HAVE ANY MORE MINIVAN and he offered me to take the SUV instead. How the heck 6 adult human and luggage will fit in the SUV (not even full side SUV). Do I have a choice? No I DON'T. Hotel, Shows and restaurants, it all have been booked.
Not only that; when looking at the rental paperwork, I asked the customer service rep: "You gave me SUV, how come you charge me Mini Van rate? He told me that he could not do anything at that time, he will put a note when I come back returning the vehicle, the manager will take care of it.
Ok, after come back from my hell trip, talked to Lisa (acting manager…). She ALSO said she cannot do anything. Someone upper management will email me within 24hrs or contact me by phone.
It has been more than a week already, I still have not heard anything from you. Maybe you guy still in vacation …
