T.J. Maxx

I have been a very loyal TJ Maxx/Homegoods customer at the store located in the Almaden fashion plaza for many years.

This morning (9/16/2019) at approximately 10:45, I was completing my purchase. I was overwhelmed and disgusted by the awful body odor emanating from the cashier that was helping me complete my transaction. I had noticed other customers who were in line ahead front of me, had been commenting on the odor from the cashier as well.

I believe the supervisors at this store have a responsibility to ensure their employees are not only treating their customers with courtesy and respect, but also ensure their employees use proper hygiene in their efforts to ensure their customers are able to have a pleasant shopping experience.

This is not the first time I have had to endure an employee with poor hygiene.

Please ensure the supervisor of the employees at this location emphasize the importance of good hygiene.

Unfortunately, if this lack of attention to detail on this important customer service concern does not improve, I will not hesitate to take my business elsewhere.
