I returned my device at this store. Its been 50 days. There is no refund and everyone is giving me the run around.
Worst part, is that the company denies that my return was every approved by them. I even shared the tracking number of the shipping label that they generated. I'm down $800.
Never deal with Xfinity mobile, customer service is non existent. They make fake promises about gift cards and rebates that don't exist.
