On/4/2022 I bought a set of 4 tires Yokohama Avid Ascend GT 95v 215/60/R16
When I went to pickup my car I as surprised to find 2 tires were used tires dated week 35 of 2019
and week 36 of 2019
There were even signs of wear, the little rubber tentacles were eroded and also the treads groves were dirty, dusty. The side walls were brushed off with black dressing to make them look new.
Went back right away inside the office and let Aldo Know, he denied at first telling me look they are also new but when I told him look at the manufacturing week and year, his jaws dropped and started being defensive “ ah now you calling me a liar” he said.
After long discussions, he agreed to order me a couple of tires but new tires this time.
Today 6/8/2022. I just dropped the car for replacing the couple of tires.
I was not given any apologies or any priority in taking car of this issue.
Also when dropped the car today I reminded the clerk to ensure the car is turned off while they work on it. this is a hybrid car and the last time they drained my battery.
When I picked the car the first time, the wheels are covered with black greasy freaks. I had just washed my car the day before.
Will update this complaint with what will happen today.
Desired outcome: Compensation for the inconvenience and the hassle to have to bring the car for service again.This breached the trust I had in such a big company
