My name is Merissa Miranda. On 06/11/2023 around 7:30-7:45pm I placed an order via drive-thru and ordered a Teriyaki Chicken Bowl, but the chicken was cold and kind of raw. The rice also tasted horrible and it tasted so bad I couldn't even enjoy it. The Fajita Pita that I ordered didn't have the ingredients that it usually comes with. Not to mention it was very cold. Jack in the Box is usually very consistent with the quality of their food and I was surprised that this time it was the complete opposite. I don't think I got my money's worth. It left me very unsatisfied. I think the reasonable solution is for me to receive either a refund, a re-order that has the quality that I always get, or a gift card of equal value.
