I placed my order at the drive up for a build your own munchie meal consisting of a cluck sandwich, med. curly fries, two tacos and a sm. coke zero along with two monster tacos and a large French fried. I requested that the curly fries and French fries were freshly cooked and hot, because I have several orders which was cold. I checked my order for fresh hot fries, and they were cold. I went inside the restaurant and informed the manager that I asked for freshly cook hot fries and that these were cold. She ordered the fries and curly fries and left the counter area to the back. I watched the cook ready the order then placed them in the stand for bagging. I waited over five minutes for someone to bag my order so I could leave but watched as the girl working the drive-up window bag and serve the hot fries to the drive through line. She saw me and asked if I was helped. I told her I was waiting on my freshly cooked hot fries, she then turned around and put the two remaining fries in a bag and handed them to me. I stood there and watched them get cold before anyone bagged them for me. This was not a rush hour or overcrowded with customers waiting to order.
