Without a doubt, this company needs to go out of business and I want to do my part.
I ordered a radiator that was badly damaged and said I could get a refund and keep the part (big deal!) or they would send another, but only by ground! With an expected arrival date of over two weeks. Then they didn't refund my money, I spent weeks and hours on the so-called customer service line, was lied to without shame and, weeks afterward, I still don't have my money. I am so angry I am thinking of a small claims court filing.
Whatever you do don"t deal with this company. I sure wish I hadn;t and never will again. In addition I will advise every person who mentions car parts.
Desired outcome: My rightful refund!
