Carl's Jr. - Discrimination/defamation

on 12/9/2023 at 10:17 AM I entered the drive thru and place my order, asked the order taker if I can place a second order, she said no, I asked to just add the extra combo to my original order. When I approached the window and paid for my order, cashier asked to pull to the front, to which I refused, I did not had a complicated order it was breakfast time and my order was just breakfast items, 2 biscuits with sausage a breakfast burger, 3 hashbrowns and 3 drinks( 1 coffee, 1 coke and 1 orange juice). Cashier said "you need to park in the front!" I answered "I'm not obligated to park in the front, my order is not complicated..." She looked at me with anger and closed the window. Next, a heavy female, light skin, colored eyes came to the window in a very aggressive way demanded me to move to the front. I expressed the same logic, "I can wait here for my order". She went on accusing me of Yelling at her employee and making her cry, NOT TRUE AT ALL! (DIFAMATION!)I said in a very calm voice, "this is not true, i'm not yelling on no one, your cashier is right there and not crying, I'm just waiting on my order." She closed the window and came back with money in her hand and in a very loud voice said 'HERE!" I asked her, "what are you doing? "She said I don't have your food, here is the money you paid (my guess is about 10 min had passed since I placed my order) She reached out to my car window and dropped cash in my lap, and said "have a nice PINCHE day" and threat me with calling the police if I didn't leave the drive thru, because she can refuse service to anyone. I'm sorry how can you refuse a $29+ sale? Since when a manager can refuse service, because the guest does want to park in the front of the store to wait on a non complicated order? I demand a call or answer from the regional manager, this person refused to give me her name and was not wearing a badge, from her attire I suspect she is the Manager. I spent 6 years of my life as a shift leader in a Carls Jr, and this is not the way to treat a Guest!, She definitely needs to be re-trained or being demoted. She can not be using slang Spanish words just because I'm Hispanic, this is RACISM! Her attitude is not compatible with the high guest service Carls Jr has a reputation on. She has discriminated against me and defamation also is involved by her making up the story that I was yelling. If she would explained to me what was taking longer and in a polite way asked me to move to the front, this would've been a total different experience. I left just because I had a place to be at a certain time, otherwise I had no problem waiting for the police, which is nonsense. You call the police when there is violence or vandalism, not in this case. I will be expecting a call from the regional manager. Thank You

Desired outcome: I need a call from the regional manager, and compensation in a form of coupons or gift cards, my family end upon having breakfast.

Carl's Jr. - 5 piece hand breaded chicken tender

I purchased the 5 piece hand breaded chicken tenders last night.
They were so small they didn't fill up the container as you can see from the picture below. They were barely 2 inches long and barely wider than my thumb. They were more like popcorn chicken than tenders. The first time I ordered they were small but I just that was a one time thing. However, when I purchased them last night I believe this is the product they regularly put out. It may be one of the closest fat food places but I won't be going there again!
