When the club in Yucaipa closed at first due to the covid closures everywhere, we called their office and canceled due to the closure, and we were promised by their location manager that he will process the cancelation of the account. Months go by, and they still were taking out the monthly fees. And charged the annual fee. So I called the sub contacted collection billing company, they still referred me to the Yucaipa location. I called there again, this time spoke to a female new manager, she apologized about the previous non follow up of the last manager, who by the way was fired and she then offered me a few months discount and said that my account will be canceled. I had no choice but to Agree and get it over with. Several months go by and behold nothing has changed and no refund. So the third time calling the billing company, the super visor put me on hold for a lifetime and came back and said that she will process a cancelation and give me a refund from 12/21/21 , this is less of a refund promised from the location female manager, again no choice, but this time i asked for an email confirmation. That supervisor promised me one later. We will see if it happens.
CONCLUSION:
This company is not to be trusted, and their management employees are useless and are liars. And these corporate companies know that you really don't have the time or the money to take them to court, I guess that is why there reviews sights were developed, so at least you can warm others to stay away from them, or get burned like us.
Desired outcome: I would like my full refund from 10/1/2020. But fat chance

I've been a member of this gym less than a year. I have to say this is the best gym in the city of Yucaipa out of the 4 or 5 others, but there is one employee, whose name is Dan and for some unknown reason to me, it seems that he has it out for me. Why? I don't know. He has called my wifes cell phone (we don't have a land line) and told her that I wear inapproiate clothing while I'm working out and that every time I pass a guy that is working out, that I pat them on the ###. Needless to say this has caused some friction and arguements between my wife and myself. I mentions this to one of the employees that works there and I told him that I was cancelling my membership there. He asked me why and at first I didn't want to say anything or give any names, but after talking to him for a few minutes, he convinced me to tell him everything. He wasn't surprised when I told him who it was and what he had told my wife. He said he would pass this on the manager (Adam) and that it was against company policy for him to be doing that. A week has gone by, the manager has not contacted me in any way, and Dan is still working there. I stoped by today to speak to the manager, and of course he wasn't in. I spoke to the employee that I had talked to when I cancelled my membership and asked him if he had talked to the manager and he said yes, I told him I hadn't heard from the manager and asked him if the manager had talked to Dan. As of yet the employee didn't know anything.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Complain at BBB.org or file a police report for harrasing calls and have the call traced.
