I placed an order with your store here in Colorado Springs CO thru INSTACART. Four of the eight items advertised on Save a Lot website and placed in my cart and successfully checked it... you didn't have. Called store, transferred me to meat dept. but employee could not speak or understand ENGLISH! Called back and just service person put me hold to find "interpreter". An ENGLISH speaking women then picked up the call but said save a Lot doesn't carry Oxtails/ Turkey wings. I asked to speak to Store Mgr. she said there were NO managers there. 5:00-6:30 [protected]@store on Circle, Colorado Springs CO. Also, why does your website allow me to put items in my cart you don't sell (Oxtails) and other inventory you don't have!?... Turkey wings, Macs chicheronnes, and Lime Chili Ramen noodles. A big waste of my time. I'm also contacting INSTACRT!
Desired outcome: better employees, manager always on duty, products ordered online to actually be in store.
