Dave & Buster’s

First of all our waitress was wonderful. My husband and I came to Dave and busters for our anniversary on 6/10/2022 and were very disappointed! I ordered a veggie burger and received a regular burger after a 35 min wait. I clarified with the gentleman who brought the burger that it was beef. I asked for a new one to be made with a veggie patty. The manager came over and told me that they had just changed chefs and my original veggie patty was cooked rare! A rare veggie patty? I’ve never heard of that! I had to wait another 25 mins for my burger to be remade. When it came out it was completely different looking to verify the difference. After all of that we were still charged for their mistaken burger! We bought 2 $100 game cards and headed to the arcade. Half of the games were out of service! It was extremely hot in the game area and we decided to cut our losses and leave before we even finished using up our cards. We were so very disappointed in our whole experience and will not be returning to the Dave and buster’s on S Colorado Blvd!
