The club was unable to process my request for downgrading my membership. I went in 6 times to do it. They first said computer update needed to be done, then it was my particular account that needed to be fixed. Staff member called me saying all was well and I should be able to downgrade. Just went in again on December 9, and staff was unable to complete my request.
Discontinued my membership. Now trying to get back annual fee of $36 which was charged November 1, 2023. Would not have discontinued membership if they were able to help me.
Claimed loss: $36.00
Desired outcome: Would like refund of my annual fee $36 since I had to cancel membership.
