I was in one line behind 3 guys trying to purchase something and charge it to their company account; I stood in line behind them for at least 10 minutes, while there were 2 employees talking right next to that register, not opening another one. The other line was at least 8 people long and not moving. So when I realized that the line I was in was not going anywhere, I asked one of the employees not doing anything, "are you going to open another line because we are all just standing here." she did not look at me but gestured with her arms and said, "there is only one line open." and walked away not ever saying sorry or I can't open one or any other reason.
I have spent thousands in that store and I put my stuff down and left. I know my measley amount of money will do no harm to them, but I can't go to a store and give my money to people who don't care about their customers. They need to open more registers as we, as artists count on them to respect us as customers. Fort collins colorado needs to be aware that many women are always standing around while customers are waiting for a while. Thank you.
