I ordered from the Westminster, CO location May 28th 2023 for a curbside order and when I got there and called for my order the told me they don't have any food, when I asked about my refund they said I have to do it the way I paid online when I looked online it didn't give me the option to do so. So I've been trying to get money back for months because they've told me I need to email a certain email address call certain number and all this bs and I still don't have my money back!
Claimed loss: $58.48
Desired outcome: $60 even or at least my money back

This company is a SCAM and will steal your money! I ordered from them May 28th 2023 for a curbside order and when I got there and called for my order the told me they don't have any food, when I asked about my refund they said I have to do it the way I paid online when I looked online it didn't give me the option to do so. So I've been trying to get money back for months because they've told me I need to email a certain email address call certain number and all this bs and I still don't have my money back! I would give negative stars but that's not an option.

Came here on thanksgiving day and they were so asty no one had gloves on she lady in the front said they don't have to wear gloves while serving food I had no understanding of this with covid 19 going on. No one had on hair nets and it was hair all over the food while moving around, the boss had no gloves on and she wiped her sweat off her head and when I said something to her she said well it was with the back of my hand I still not understanding.

This made thanksgiving day very bad very us my family as we watched we didn't want to buy any food so we just got apple pies because they are in boxes and not touched and does not have to be open.
