I always loved Boston Market and have also noticed that a lot of the restaurants are closing down so it’s been a few months since I have had it I asked my sister to get lunch for me today and I noticed right away that the food looks completely different and I have never had a meal make me go to the bathroom so quick wtf is going on please do better the spinach was so light in color and the cornbread was like a rubbery cake I won’t be eating here again I don’t need a refund or free food it just seems like your run is over that is all

Quality of food, bad and made me sick
I purchased on 11/14/2024 from the Boston market located in Lodi NJ one 2 meat combo dinner which included ribs chicken mac & cheese stuffing cornbread a side order of cream spinach and a regular side of sweet potato casserole. I also ordered 2 - 5 pc rotisserie chicken wings with sweet BBQ sauce. My husband and I were very disappointed in the taste and quality of the food. we could not eat more than a few bites of everything. The chicken was very red and the ribs as well. the mac & cheese tasted mushy, the spinach was sour and the sweet potato casserole was watery. After eating just a few bites my husband and I started feeling sick shortly after. We immediately had diarrhea and stomach pains. I spent $47.70 for this meal and including delivery the total came to $63.47 My order ID receipt number is AAAD2MLK9QAU. My e-mail address is [protected]@yahoo.com I wish to be reimbursed and compensated for pain and suffering we incurred.

Bought 2 meatloafs 3/1/24. Found them to be dry over cooked and slightly burnt. I was able to return 1 and got refunded but prematurely threw other 1 in trash and couldn’t recover all of it. Whole chicken
I placed an order at Boston Market today (12/29/24 at 3:11:16 pm) for a whole chicken, cut up. It was purchased for my son for later this evening when he arrived home from work.
When the associate (Order Id: AAADMLYGAEZ} gave me the order, he advised 'the chicken was small, so he added an additional piece'.
When my son came home and from work and opened the order, he saw as I did that the chicken was actually burnt and was probably small because it was dried out. At this point and time, I was not going back to the store to return it.
Desired outcome: Would like a refund of the purchase price of $12,79

I placed my order online for 11/22/2023 for 11:30 am pick up. I got to the store and there was only one person working, huge line. When I get to the counter after waiting for a such a long time, the guy said that he did not have my order on his computer and that he couldn't help me. Simple as that, he did not even say I'm sorry or can you wait and I will process your order. Nothing, an order that was paid for and that I need it for Thanksgiving lunch at the company.
No one refund my money, no one did anything.

Charged for an online order when the store was permanently closed
On November 4th, I placed an an online order at the Boston Market located in Mount Prospect, Illinois. I placed an order for turkey and sides for a dinner party (over $100 worth). My online order was accepted because I received an e-mail confirmation (order number [protected]). My order was scheduled for 5:30 PM delivery. I received a text message at 4:52 PM confirming my order was being delivered. I then received a text at 5:05 PM (1 hour before my party) saying my order was canceled. When I contacted the location I received a voicemail saying it was permanently closed. Online ordering directed me to this specific location for online ordering, accepted my order AND charged my account. It's absolutely disgusting and I want a refund. If a store is permanently closed, it should not be accepting online orders.

I want to make a Complaint about the Store at 300 University Plaza Newark DE 19702. I placed an Online Order for pick up at 2:15. When I get there the Staff is also just getting there. Hello I recently went to store #[protected] Boston Post Rd, Milford, CT [protected]. We ordered chicken carver sandwich and a crispy chicken BLT,
the sandwiches were both dry and overcooked. The carver had barely any meat on it and the roll bottom was HARD! The crispy BLT was dry and wilty lettuce in crumbled pieces. They wrapped it in white generic paper from a deli not the normal boston market paper and they couldn't speak english and asked for just cash. When I said I only had a card two women fought in another language and then processed my card. I was at the drive thru for the two sandwiches for 18 minutes! I will never go to a Boston market again.

On Saturday September 30th at 5:30pm I ordered $59.37 in 4 1/4 white meat with 2 sides meals and 1 soup. The order went through totally fine, my card was charged and I recieved confirmation that my order had successfully gone through and that my food would be delivered in an hour it would be here. At 7:35pm the food was still not here and I was alerted that the delivery time was changed to 7:45pm. At 8:00 the delivery time was again changed. Then at 9:00pm the delivery order was just canceled no explanation as to why. The money for the food was NOT refunded to my card. I've been calling both the actual store the food & delivery were coming from AND customer service nobody answers either line. I do not have a car and I can not go to the location myself. I am not going to just lose $60 for food I never got. I want my money refunded immediately. I've used Boston Markets ordering app before without any problems but this time I got blatantly robbed.
Desired outcome: I want the money you guys charged me for 💯 no service or food returned immediately.
