I put minutes on my gophone and wasnt able to use it.. Ask the customer rep to help me find out what was wrong. Gave me an AT&T number and told me he cannot help me (10mts). So I purchased another sims card and added more money while i made the call to AT&T(the number he gave me) was a wrong number. So he left me alone because didnt have change in his register (10 more mts). He told me the phone was set so I called no response. He told me again is working and took the sims card and put it on his phone and I called again no calls. Than he called the 611 and he said it was working.. so I told him call me so the call went dead.. So after (20 more mts) arguing that it was not working he decides to call the manager. We waited 10mts till she (Jessica) came and than she asked for a new sims card and he didnt have any in the register so she left again 15 more mts. When she finally came bk, the new sims was working so i told her to help me w the first issue. She left me talking went to another customer and help them pay a bill. I told her that's was rude because I been here for an 1hr and she left me talking. She told me "I feel you" I feel you" out loud in front of customer and sales rep. " I m the only manager here" I told her that's not my fault and that any customer rep can help those customer pay a bill. She told me to deal w it.. So I left without having my issue resolved after an hour and half standing at the store. I ask her for her name she told me Jessica Jessica with an attitude.I left the store unhappy, upset, tired, stressed, and with my issue not resolved.
