Waited in line 10 minutes behind 2 people to pick up prescription that was ready, no problem with that. Was given a pen and paper and told to write down the information on my coupon, no problem with that although never had to do that before. Handed the paper back and was told to come back in 20 minutes where I would have to stand in line again because they were busy. I told them I had to leave because someone had driven me there and was waiting but they immediately had started talking with someone else and acted like they didn't hear me. I still don't have my prescription and not have found another ride back yet.
Also I was told that even though the prescription was ready I should have called ahead. I told them that I did, let it ring for a long time but no one answered. This may have been what irritated them since it's when they told me they were busy and to come back later.

I have had poor customer service from this pharmacy. The counter woman with the red hair lied that my doctor's office did not submit my script for antibiotics on 9/10/2019. She went so far as to tell me that she double checked every mode of transmission for the script. I had a bad sinus infection and Dr Phillips did in fact send the script over. The counter woman, the same gal as the day before, told me this on 9/11/2019 when I picked up the presecription, she said she saw the prescription and pulled it and forgot to fill it. I was forced to go to an urgent care and was given additional antibiotics that were filled at CVS. I will report this to medicare as fraud on your part. It is also not the first time I was not given my script correctly. I was given Levothyroxine on 8/24/2019. The amount on my prescription is 90, however, I was only given 42. Sherri Willet made the mistake and the other pharmacist had to correct it. Again I will have to contact Medicare as this seems to be a recurring problem at this location. You need to know that this pharmacy is not run properly and the gals behind the counter are not doing their jobs. I will now incur a $125.00 copay for using the urgent care, not to mention having to return multiple times for your employees errors. Susan Lorincz, MSM
I'm having a pharmacist at the Winn-Dixie pharmacy in St Augustine Florida refuse to fill my valid prescription which is illegal per Florida statute. It's going to take corporate 3 to 5 days to get back to me by that time I'll be out of my medication. And it states in the Florida statute that the pharmacist must do everything in their power to try to validate and fill the medications. They are claiming they have a new policy, which is not true, they are going on small town gossip about my Doctor. This is pathetic.
