Was given a complaint number and told again that they could not transfer me into a different room until the following day which was today. I called once again to the front desk this morning at 9am and I spoke with a manager that advised me that they would have another room for me to transfer into after 11:30 am this morning. At 3:00 pm today I was called and told by the manager that another room was ready and that I could come by and get the keys at any time as I was already away from the hotel room because I couldn't no longer stay there being ill. I get to the front lobby of the hotel and then was told that they in fact did not have a room they had given my room to someone else and that I would have to stay in the mold and mildew infested room yet another night and wait until tomorrow. This is very unacceptable as this is a risk to my health staying in that room one more minute. This establishment should be fined and/or shut down because they obviously have no care for customers health and well being especially since we are still in the covid-19 pandemic. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and handled with the upmost urgency. As well as the room and towels with obvious stains. The advertisement says offers a full kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glass, cups and coffee maker which the room did not have any kitchen items nor coffee maker. Refrigerator was also dirty and has mold smell as well as mildew all along the side. Obvious mold inside of the toilet. The room that I was promised to transfer to was not made available after the so called manager called me to advise me that it was ready. I was told to stay in the mold and mildew infested room another night as I fear for my health this is not a suitable option at this point. They offered no compensation what so ever. The most horrible experience of my life. This establishment should be shut down.
Desired outcome: Full refund. I don’t want a credit because at this point the trust is gone.
