Horrible experience.
They just care about selling not About the costumers!
Went to buy q bump bed and was attended by "Vilma". Well from a bump bed that was at 777$ she tell me my total was gonna be like 1800 or something like that and my husband ask but why!? Well without asking me she added 2 mattresses, all kind of insurance and everything she could add on without even asking me. That's NOT right! Thats shady! Well we told her we didn't want all that. We wanted the bed and 1 mattress.
She told me she will call me to let me know if my delivery day will be on sat August 12 and she never called! I had to call her to verify. She didn't verify my shipping address or anything! Well this lady Put a different zip code and city and they wont come to the right address! How did you used my driver licensed and dare to Put another city and zip code!? She came up with another city and zipcode and she didn't even apologize she actually try to blamw it on us and said we were distracted! She didn't even asked or verify the address that day! But she had my drivers license. Always waiting on her calling back Never got one call from her! At this point I want my money and cancel the order! I dont want this lady to make any money out of me! She can care less about the clients!
I also speak with the manager Albert he really didn't care at all!
