On 9/11/21, I used my mobile app and ordered two (2) prime rib cheesesteak meal combos and one (1) four (4) piece chicken nuggets, paid with my debit card, which was immediately taken from my account. On my way to pickup my order, an employee called me to let me know that they did not have prime rib cheesesteak so I ask her to refund my money and she told me that I would have to get on line and ask for a refund. When I got back home, I called and spoke with a lady who took my information and told me she would have to forward it to someone who would look into my complaint. Then I also backed myself up and went on the web site and filled out a complaint form for my money to be refunded. On 9/17/21 I went back to the web site and filled out a complaint form once again and still no refund. On 9/21/21 I called the 1-800 number and another lady took my information again, apologizing the entire time, told me the same, she would have to forward it to someone who would look into the refund, and still as of today 9/24/21 no refund. I have a friend who is a lawyer and I am thinking of having him look into this for me as two weeks is a little long to wait for a refund.
Desired outcome: I would like for my money to be refunded to my account.
