Manager (?) abusive behavior directed at the team
I drove through the Wichita, Benjamin Hills Arby's to grab dinner for the family last night. A man who appeared to me to be a manager took my order. I had to repeat it several times. As I approached the window a young woman l was there to take my payment. The man approached the young woman and caused her to move out of his way. He took my card. He left the window open. The man began berating the young woman as she stood in the place where the food is to be sacked up. I can literally hear the man verbally assaulting the work crew. The man then approached me, sitting in my car he appeared visibly upset. I made eye contact with the young woman. She looked as terrified as I was. I received a text from my son, asking me if I was okay because it taking so long. I told him that this man is losing it on the Arby's team and I don't have the food. But I felt really bad for this young woman. I didn't think she was safe. The car behind me was on the speaker asking for a fish sandwich. The man responded "we are out of fish". That car left the premises. So eventually he comes up and sees sacks of food. He yells at the young woman, why are these just sitting here? (The food was my order.) I wanted to ask him for the Lemonade that I had paid for but he was so angry I was afraid to ask as he was in a visible rage. I wish I had recorded the event. I had a hard time getting to sleep wondering if that young woman was okay from the public verbal assault she endured from that older man in her workplace. I won't go into what was in the sack as it really didn't matter to me at that point. This man should be reported and let go. He appeared to me to an abusive personality.
Recommendation: The Wichita Benjamin Hills Arby's is one of my family's favorite stops. If I didn't care, about it, I wouldn't take time out of my day to write this.

Why would arbys not accept their own coupons? we wasted our time and money on gas and traveling for being turned down. Not happy about this at all now a days everything is overly priced and getting smaller and cheaply made. I am on a fixed budget again very disappointed in arbys in bel air md on bel air south parkway what is this world coming to you want our money but dont want to help out the only thing the cashier said is we have a 2- $6 deal no thank you I wanted to use the coupons to get a nice meal for 2 I would like a response and apology for this

Order wrong
Went through the Bixby Arbys drive through. Ordered a Turkey Reuben and chicken sandwich, I get home and opened the bag and did not have a Turkey Reuben, I had a Turkey gyro loaded with mayonnaise (I hate Mayo). I tried to scrape it off but it was saturated. The pita bread must have been microwaved because it was so chewy I couldn’t even bite through it. The same for my husbands chicken sandwich, the bun had to be thrown away (hint; you can’t microwave bread, it turns dry and chewy. Waste of $10

Attendant
I was just at Arby's in Allen TX, Store # 7008.. I took a stack of money out of my center console (Approx $87.00) to pay for my food. I took a $20 off the bottom of the stack then too 0.35 in change. I mistaken handed the attendant the stack of $67. When I noticed my mistake and confronted the attendant, he denied what I had done. He apparently pocket $47 and gave me change for a $20.

We ordered 3 of the 2for $7. Roast beef, 1 large crinkle fries and 1 order of macaroni bites. We got 1 BnC classic, 1 large crinkle fries, 1 macaroni bites 4pc. The total was $13.72 tax included. We waited 10 to 15 minutes only to receive a wrong order. The manager did credit back my card after I complained. The attendant appeared to not care and she moved slower than a turtle. The manager claimed they had many customers but that did not appear to be true. This is the worst service I have ever received at an Arby’s.
Desired outcome: A stern reprimand to the attendant, Shana,so says my receipt is her name and the manager, name unknown. Perhaps dismissal is in order. They are either incompetent or something else is going on there.

The GM at Dexter is very very rude to the customer and to the employees. She takes to them like they r dumb. She also goes to the bathroom just to talk on her phone. When they are not busy she is just sating around on her phone talking to her boyfriend she also is texting him while she is in the DT . She also goes to her car and gets high while she is clock in.

No senior citizen discount.
At 2:22:59 PM on 9/29/2023 I ordered two Greek gyros at the drive through and asked for a Senior Discount. I was told Senior Discounts cannot be given at the drive through window, I would have to come inside. I had received a Senior Discount at the drive through window several times before so I do not understand this new rule. I ordered my order on line with the 1, 2, 3 dollar menu
I ordered my order from the menu , I ordered 5 Army sandwich which was $10.00, 2 dip sandwich which was $6,00, 3 fries which was $3, and 2 mocha shakes, which was $4, I paid for it on my credit card when at home placing the order. I go to the Palmetto Florida Arby and a black girl with red hair waited on me and she said the order was not in. She told me to sit down and wait for the order to come in. I kept waiting and finally she said it still has not come in. I told he to just let me order it again and she rings it up to over $50, I said it should be $24.61, she said she does not have the prices that I used. She was so rude , refused to help me. I just walked out and she did not care. I like Arby's but, as a customer, I should not be treated like that.

I went to the river road arbys 35 Silver lane, eugene 97402 drive thru at 5:28pm on 7/26/2023. I under a #3 double meat French dip for myself and a French dip with sliced cheddar for my wife. When I got home they put the melted cheddar that is used for the bedder cheddar. She is picky and went back to get it corrected (30 mins round trip there and back) when she went in to get it corrected the kid working the front counter was so stoned he couldn’t understand what was wrong. The manager was rude and on something besides weed (more like meth) but corrected the food when she got home they throw the sandwich together and ripped it not cut it like it should be done. I would like a full refund on this meal and then regional manger to UA them all or get a crew that will do their job correctly.
