It was my first time working at Alorica and my first call center job EVER ! My trainer was amazing but my manager was a problem. I applied for work at home position due to not having any transportation. To make a long story short my manager was not helpful at all and barely helped me.it took at least 4 hours to get a reply if i needed help. If i made a mistake he would call me on teams and curse at me while i was on a call. I got a spft because i had the customer on hold because he would not stop yelling and cursing me out and it had happened on multiple occasions. He was adamant about me coming to work on site while i had already expressed to him that it was impossible for me to get there everyday on time with no way there. i had to quit due to transportation issues and to avoid the rapid spread of COVID-19 in workplaces such as that. I am completely disappointed because i thought that i would have a better experience working there but it just caused more stress and anxiety for me having to deal with customers who arent easy to handle as it is but along with a raging manager who barely helps, this was the worst management in Alorica history. I would have recorded him cursing me out but phones are not permitted at our desks.
Desired outcome: Please help me keep my position and i want to have a better manager
