I purchased the set July 2017, my family sits there on Thanksgiving. I noticed last week the chair started to peel. I took pictures and emailed them and they said they do not stand behind the leather on chairs or bedroom sets, only living room sets. Via email I sent the pictures to them and was told to pay a company to reupholster the chairs. I have owned the table 2 years. Their customer service is horrible. I am sure the benches are next.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Rooms To Go - sofa bed
Our order [protected] of a sleeper couch 1099696 made on May 25th 2019 at RTG Cutler bay has resulted in a bed bug infestation in our rental property in Key Largo. We would like to know what procedure to take to exercise our consumer rights.
We have had a expert examine the piece of furniture that can demonstrate that the infestation began from the new piece added to the apartment which in 9 years of rental has never had any problems. Now we will be charged $2400 to debug that apartment. This will also result in lost rental days for disinfestation treatment.
We demand immediate action and know there are other cases like ours resulting with RTG this month. We hope to prevent a class action lawsuit.
