We bought a new Frigidaire model # FFSS2615TP4 on Jan.25, 2021. Registered the next day. Called Frigidaire on 1-29-21 not sealing properly and frost forming. They set me up with R&R appliance service.invoice #[protected]. They came on the 29th and said it was a problem that could not be fixed and needed a new fridge. Called brand smart as instructed, they did not return call. Called on 2/9/21 and was told had to come in and get a new order placed, was told service paper work was not there yet and they could do nothing. Said call Monday. Heard nothing so called back on the 15th was told will contact me when ready to deliver new one and pick up old one. called my salesman and he said will be in contact when ready to deliver new one and pick up old one. Waited patiently and texted my salesman on 3/11/21 he again said would keep me updated. Well I texted him again on the 25 th told him I was very unhappy we are at 4 months with a product not working properly, no answer from him, I then called main customer service told her my problem and she connected me to store in dania pointe where I bought it. Was put on hold and she had no answers so I asked once again for a manager. (I have done this at least 8 times over the course of this) was told manager not available again, left my number and name again no call back. The manager and customer service at this store is horrible. I just want a fridge that's works properly, I paid 1123.37 and picked it up at wearhouse because my fridge was dead. I do understand that since pandemic there are problems getting refrigerators but there must be a solution and someone should be staying on top of this and trying to help me solve this problem.

Desired outcome: I want a new refrigerator delivered and the other taken away, and for someone from your company to update me on what’s happening.

Am feeling your pain. The communication is deplorable, and sales department is awful. Customer service never connects you with a manager in spite of consistent requests.
Managers must be more involved in what is happening in these stores. staff needs customer experience training. hands down
