6/16/21 Terminix Inspection Nelson Sapsford confirmed evidence dryw termites. Report indicated he would notify his supervisor, MIchael Destaffino. Placed numerous calls to Terminix and receptionists advised Michael Destaffino would call me. No call received.

06/29/21 Terminix Michael Destaffino inspects and schedules August 10, fumigation. Has me sign paperwork and says he will send copies by email. Copies never received even after phone requests.08/05/21 12:46 PM Michael Destaffino calls and advises August 10, 2021 can not fumigate and can not give date when they will fumigate. I requested Michael Destaffino call me within two days with a date for fumigation, and Mr. Destaffino agrees to do so. I also again request Mr. Destaffino email copies of paperwork I signed. We advise we have prepared property for fumigation as he requested. 08/07/21 Michael Destaffino has not called us as he promised to do with a date for fumigation.08/10/21 4:32 PM Called Michael Destaffino left message please call us with a date fumigation will be performed. We received no call. 09/16/21 Called Michael Destaffino, he answered, said September 20th fumigation would be performed.09/20/21 Met Mr. Destaffino at 94 Lenox, he placed lockbox on door with keys. Mr. Destaffino said fumigation company may arrive as late as 4:00 PM but would fumigate even if raining as long as no lightening. If can't do due to weather, Mr. Destaffino advised our home would be priority to be done next day. 09/21/21 Left message for Mr. Destaffino stating 11:00 AM fumigation still has not been performed. 09/21/21 Mr. Destaffino called us complaining about the fumigation company. Said they didn't fumigate because of rain and cats they saw around the home. Mr. Destiffino said he never heard that excuse before and we advised cats are always around the neighborhood but run away from under decks, etc. as soon as people approach. Mr. Destiffino advised he would have his supervisor, n "Dave" try to make the fumigation company perform the fumigation but he could say he does not know when the fumigation may be performed. He suggested maybe the fumigation company is having staffing problems because of Covid. We requested Mr. Destiffino call us every day with an update as we have our home listed for sale but fumigation is needed to assure buyer's problem is taken care of 09/21921 5:18 PM Paying $213.00 Renewal of sale's agreement 9518223 to 11/30/22.
Please intervene and help Mr. Destiffino and his supervisor, Dave, provide the fumigation services we deserve in timely fashion.
