I’ve been to this theater many times with my boyfriend who live in the area. In the beginning last year 2022 but the theater was great. But it seem starting this year 2023 the theater has gone down hill. We been to this theater three times and every time there was issues. We went to theater on March 26 2023 at 2:15pm to see John wick chapter 4 and movie was great the greeting staff was great. The bar area was great over great staff. But when we’re in the theater the theater was so hot I thought it was just me but my boos aid it was hot to. It was to the point I was sweating. I call the theater ask for manger and voice my complaint about the theater and I was informed they forgot to turn the air conditioner on for the theater. That is not ok. I left my number and name over the phone with a nice staff person and was hoping I would get a phone call back from a manger but never did. So I let it go that strike one. We decided to give the movie theater another chance so we come back and we go to see the Mario movie April 9 2023 at 8:45pm again great staff everything seems ok. But then movie is 30min late the theater is pack it’s so noisy people are talking on the phones and when I voice a complaint people were just given warning so not control Obed the theater at all and again I requested a manger and still nothing. So that strike two. No yesterday June 17 2023 gave this theater another chance went to see transformers rise of beast at 7:30pm once again staff was great game me amazing advice on a combo meal. Bar was great get to theater everything seem great this theater seem like redeeming itself. But the movie started late people are on there phones so then half way through the movie it blink of on us. And I just like are you serious right me and 4 other people had to get inform someone that movie went out. The staff had no idea the movie stop working we had to get someone and I told the staff this unacceptable and I explain this the third time I been to this theater and there been a issue. There no one watching these theater and it was almost midnight by the time my boyfriend and I got home from a 7:30 movie. This is really upsetting cause this theater has meaning to both my boyfriend and I we don’t want to stop going but at this point that what it’s looking like. And speaking to manager and trying is hard and I feel like they don’t care. This use to be amazing but it completely gone down hill since the beginning of 2023. It’s need to do better. And I feel like my boyfriend and I need some compensation we been nice let a lot things go be the bigger person or walk away but this is last straw we pay to much at a movie theater for this to be happening. Desired outcome: A refund maybe from last night experience or something this has been three bad movie experience or a manger call me back
