Carnival Cruise Lines

Purchased our cruise with a group of over 30. There was many problems. Starting with booking my cruise they charged my account $250 extra for someone else's cruise. Then they credited the amount took it again and then credited it again. I'm the middle of that mess I paid for drink package. Come to find out day of the cruise I didn't have drink package instead they had another error and placed my drink package money on my on-board account. As we know drink package is more on board. Then took me from 10:30-5pm to actually get drink packaged figured out with many RUDE carnival employees who acted like I did something wrong. I had purchased drinks before they figured out what was going on and they told me once the drink package hit my account it would take care of everything. Then come to find out that's no true it will only cover half. My room was cleaned twice in 6 days... ew. While at formal dinner ordered clam chowder. On the menu description it did not include bacon in the ingredients. Because of my religion I do not eat pork I tried to mention this to my server. Who then got irate and started clapping his hands Angered at me and muttering words in another language! Also have hundreds of dollars in poker chips that knowone mentioned needed to be cashed before the last day! All together I'll probably never go on another carnival trip and multiple people from our group said the same thing. Let me know what you can do to make this situation better! Shannon Barcus. 8HVQ43 booking #. I can't believe how many rude/unhelpful crew members there were and even managers were acting like everything was my fault and to deal with it. Spending that much money I should of had no problems. Pretty sure you go on a cruise so you don't have to worry about anything. Once your on the boat should be Vaca mode I counted down till it was time to get off the boat and away from all the stress! Refund me please!
