When entering our secured gated community, one of your trucks, #15529, pulled up very closely and followed me in through the gate into the community. I stopped and asked why he was doing this, he stated he had work to do. I stated even though he does, he is not supposed to be tail gating people in the gate. He states "I don't have time for you." and sped off. He went one way and I went the other. When I got around to my residence, I see him backed in a parking space, just sitting there on his phone. I stopped and got out to get his picture of him just sitting there. He backs up over the curb, turns his truck and speeds away. Then I see him just riding around talking on the phone. He then stops a maintenance man and complains that I'm watching/following him. I also stop and explain how he tail gated me into the complex. I asked your driver if he wanted to call the authorities, since he told the maint. man he felt threatened. He declined. I also asked him if he had work to do, why did he not go to where he supposedly was going to work? He declined to answer. I feel your drivers need to know, even if they have a work order, they need to follow the rules when entering a gated community. Furthermore, it has taking me less than 10 minutes to write this. As I was about to complete, I decided to take me usual walk. I walked all the way around the complex and did not see your driver anywhere working. He has already left. I guess he decided he did not have any work in the complex after all.
