This is the worst establishment and the worst haircut of my life.
Despite telling "lex" that my last haircut was too short, and "not to cut the top at all", he butchered my hair, cutting it very short and did a crewcut.
I was horrified when I saw myself in the mirror.
He does not listen!
I demand a refund of $20.
I will chargeback my credit card.

Has NOTHING to do with affordability, Redrea, a novice colorist at Hair Cuttery.
It has to do with CUSTOMER SERVICE and lack thereof.
The Hair Cuttery ignores customer requests because it is a cheap, low rent, classless business.
You should consider a job with them; would suit you well.

I just had the worst experience at this location. My daughter's graduation is tomorrow. We get there at 4pm and was totally fine with coming back at the next available appointment at 7pm. I dropped my daughter off at 7pm and she sat there for 40 minutes. No one called me or even acknowledge her sitting there. Then the stylist begins to tell me she had highlights to do. We waited 3 hours for an appointment and an additional 40 minutes with no courtesy what so ever. Now it's 8pm and there's no where else open for her to get her hair done. I was so upset I couldn't stay because I was going to lose it. The absolute worse customer service. Never ever going back. You don't treat customers like that!
