Salesman Joe Clime lied twice. First one was minor where he told me on phone that he could not transfer me, when I got thru to the desk they indicated that they did not know why he would say that because he could have transferred by call. The second has me more upset. When making the purchase of a faux leather sofa I was concerned about keeping it clean. No worries he said he would be sending the cleaner with the sofa. Well needless to say that did not happen nor do they send. You have to pick up at store. So now I have to go 1/2 hour out of my way to pick up. I will be visiting the surrounding furniture stores for a chair and tables that I want because I will not be spending my money at RTG.
