Bought the Cindy Crawford sofa at Rooms To Go in December, 2020. It was delivered finally on February 23, 2021. It is the most God-awful uncomfortable sofa ever. We have been buying from RTG for at least 20 years now, and this is such a disappointment. The cushions are hard as a board and almost impossible to sit on, and is not even close in comfort to the one we tried out in the store. I will never ever buy this brand again, and will never recommend the product or Rooms To Go again. We apparently cannot return or exchange the sofa because there is no actual defect. We will have to sell it immediately and get something else just to have something to sit on in the living room.
Desired outcome: Return and refund would be the solution, but that is not going to happen.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
